He is relaxed and confident without being aggressive or pushy. The sales manager Justin Hoffman and the Finance guy Mike were also easy to work with. (I've handed Terr's card out to 3 Friends already looking for car deals in just 1 day) Bottom line. Incredible prices. Incredible people.If you are in Northern Virginia call here first.
