We went into Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee with the Overland package. We had been searching for weeks for a certain color combination and package, but could purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee with the Overland package. Our salesman was John Grundy and he did everything to find the vehicle and provided us with other options, but he was never overly aggressive or pushy. He was clearly interested in selling us a vehicle, but also interested in making sure we were happy with the final purchase. The next day we went back to build and order the vehicle we wanted from Mr. Grundy; because he had made us feel very comfortable. When we drove onto their lot, there sat the exact Jeep we had been looking for and it had just arrived. How they found it or if it was just something that was meant to be I can't say, but we drove off their lot with the vehicle. Mr. Grundy was extremely professional throughout the whole process and we never got the very uncomfortable feeling you normally get from the whole car buying process. Farrish worked with us to get what we wanted for our trade-in and found us a better interest rate than what we had gotten from USAA. I would highly recommend Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone looking to buy one of their car brands. They are hands down one of the friendliest dealerships in the Washington area. We know, because we have been to most of the other Jeep dealerships during our search. Also, I hear they have a great service department and we look forward to working with them in the future. More
