They made sure I got all of the discounts coming to me and were quick in their responses when doing do. When we got to the dealership Simon took us on a test drive of the Jeep that we thought that we wanted and sowed us other ones just to be sure. We decided on our vehicle and went ahead with our purchase. Simon was great in showing us all of the car features and getting us on our way. The only small complaint I had was that it took longer than expected from the time we decided to buy to actually seeing the finance manager. It was the snow day so maybe they weren't fully staffed. My wife and I were greeted by a friendly receptionist who introduced us to Mr. John Grundy. Mr. Grundy was exremely friendly as well as professional. Mr. Grundy listened to what type of vehicle we were interested in and in what price range we wanted. Mr. Justin Hoffman was very friendly and made the numbers work for the van we were interested in. Mr. Hoffman then found the vehicle we wanted at another dealership and Mr. Grundy himself pick up our new van from another dealership for us. Mr. Grundy told us that he would have the ready for us by noon the next day and it was ready for us when we arrived. Ms. Catherine Murphy, Finance Officer was extremely friendly and professional. She found a lender within a few moments which is only five minutes from our home. The above three individuals made it a pleasure to puchase our new vehicle. The Jeep was deleivered in about 4 weeks, which was much sooner than we expected over the Christmas holiday. Our experience picking up the car was great, very professional and efficient, and no pressure to buy the "add-ons" that most other dealers try to ram down your throat. Well worth the 3 hour drive to Farrish, especially considering other dealers in our area couldn't come close to matching the price (almost a $2000 price difference). They were even able to match the financing we received through our extremely competitive credit union, saving us a trip to the bank and making the financing experience very smooth and professional as well.
