We bought a 2012 Dodge Durango a few weeks ago from Farrish. We had spent many weeks visiting various dealerships in the area looking at the Durangos and Explorers. By far, the personnel at Farrish go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They were all personable, not pushy, accomodating, and they won our business. The first dealership we visited in Woodbridge had a salesman, though very nice, was really "gimmacky" and the sales managers treated him as though he was a pion. They spoke rudely to him and it made us very uncomfortable. The Farrish team on the other hand was just that; a team. They worked together well to give us the best service. We were very impressed and as I stated before- they won our business. I will recommend their dealership. More

When I was considering a new Jeep, I remembered that my parents had shopped at Farrish in Fairfax and had a good experience there, so I visited the website to check out their inventory and pricing. I, then, completed an inquiry and it was promptly met with a reply from the sales manager who informed me that he was turning my name over to Terry Fant who "is very knowledgable about Jeeps." Well, he wasn't kidding! Terry contacted me later that very same day and we talked about what I was looking for and what they had at Farrish. From that first contact I felt confident that the experience at Farrish would be much better that my recent experience with a local dealer. My husband and I met with Terry the following Monday at about 6:30pm. We were greeted warmly and treated with much respect. We even shared quite a a few laughs with Terry which only added to the personable vibe Terry was giving us. Terry was very flexable and I felt like he really had our best interest at heart when approaching our trade-in and dealing with the sales manager. I never felt pressure to buy and left the dealership very pleased and confident that I made a good purchase. I actually found myself thanking the sales manager for recommending me to Terry, thanking Terry for taking so much time (until after 9pm when they closed at 9pm), and the finance officer as well. Overall, my total experience with Farrish was very pleasant and I will highly recommend Farrish to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! Bravo gentlemen, bravo!!! More
