Mr. Fant treated me as if I were the ONLY customer in the show room from the initial handshake to vehicle hand off. Terry made me a better offer than I would have received from a "Friends of Crystler" certi show room from the initial handshake to vehicle hand off. Over all the experience was not unduly long, and was pleasent vs painful. Terry also recommended and then drove me to a vehicle apolstering shop where I later had the cloth seats re-done in leather with heated seats installed.
