The transaction went very smoothly. Simon was very upfront and was not into games or gimmicks. The only reason why I cannot give perfect marks is that I could not get the exact model/specs that I wan upfront and was not into games or gimmicks. I wound up getting an R/T that really had more options than what I wanted, since that was the closest to my requirements. However, I have no regrets. I went in a spoke with the receptionist and she told me that Simon would be out to show me the 2 Durango's of interest. Simon's knowledgable, personable and helpful behavior made the buying experience enjoyable for my 2012 Dodge Durango.
