John set up an appointment for us the next day which happened to be his day off because it was the only day I had available. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep and easy to work with. I was thinking about buying a new Truck the last few weeks but was not sure if I wanted a 1500 or 2500. I decided to try a Dodge Ram 1500 for a test drive and the salesman got the truck I wanted to dri weeks but was not sure if I wanted a 1500 or 2500. I decided to try a Dodge Ram 1500 for a test drive and the salesman got the truck I wanted to drive with no questions asked, and I was out the door in about 10 minutes. I drove the truck and realized that the 1500 was the one for me. I liked the truck I drove and decided to purchase this truck if the price was right. What a Fantastic deal I got. Everybody from the General Manager, to the salesman, to the finance person, made this truck buying experience a pleasant one. Everybody was very helpful with all of my questions and my wife's questions. Even when we made everybody work late that night, everybody was still smiling and helping. I purchased a Car at this dealership a few years ago and it was the same back then as it was this time. Terry Fant and the team at Farrish Chrysler really delivered for me. After I had placed the order, Terry did an excellent job of keeping me up-to-date as to the status of my car. Once the car had arrived (and before I got to the dealership to pick up the car), Terry did a quality check of the car and noticed that there was some minor damage to certain of the wheels. Terry pointed this out to me and explained that Chrysler would gladly repair or replace the damaged wheels. I may or may not have noticed this minor damage myself, so I really appreciate the fact that Terry thoroughly examined the car before I picked it up. For me, the car-buying experience was as it should be -- an enjoyable experience. More
