I requested that we work my trade deal and the new vehicle separately so that there was no playing around with the numbers like they do at other dealerships. Trade-in of new regular cab truck for a quad cab. New truck had paint imperfections, left unresolved. Price negotiation was deceiving and sloppy. I cancelled my old service contract on original truck and paperwork wasnt submitted to service contract company. Still waiting for refund on that, a month later. Females beware. One member of sales staff unprofessionally commented (in dealership) and texted my phone numerous times, knowing I am married and pregnant, which was the whole reason for having to trade in the truck in the first place. Service Center is fair, but some employees will ignore you when checking in, even when not occupied, and others are very friendly and fast. More
