I went to Farrish Jeep wanting to trade in my 2 door Wrangler, that I only had for 13 months, in on a new 4 door Wrangler. I first contacted them on Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday night, I was driv Wrangler, that I only had for 13 months, in on a new 4 door Wrangler. I first contacted them on Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday night, I was driving home in my new Jeep. All in all, it was the easiest and most hassle-free car buying experience I've ever had. Terry is a great salesman, he is knowledgeable and easy to get along with, and answered every question I had. At some car dealerships I have been to, from the second you walk in the door, it feels like they are out to hustle you but at Farrish, I never once got that feeling. I would recommend anyone I know to go check them out. More
I had a great experience at Farrish buying my new 2013 Grand Cherokee. I had originally planned to use the United Buying Service (UBS) discount price to purchase the vehicle but Farrish had a much bette Grand Cherokee. I had originally planned to use the United Buying Service (UBS) discount price to purchase the vehicle but Farrish had a much better deal online at their website and so I took them up on it. Sales Associate Richard May was the best! Very knowledgeable and very helpful, he made things go smoothly in the buying and new car orientation process. FYI, this is the 2nd Jeep I have bought from Farrish. I and was so pleased with my first deal (on a 2002 Jeep Liberty) and the years of good service I've had with them that I went back to buy my second Jeep. I have no hesitation recommending Farrish for both sales and service! More
We had a terrific experience at Farrish purchasing our new 2013 RAM 1500 Sport. I don't often rate with highest marks, but this team at Farrish earned them. Our sales rep, Terry Fant, was supremely know new 2013 RAM 1500 Sport. I don't often rate with highest marks, but this team at Farrish earned them. Our sales rep, Terry Fant, was supremely knowledgeable and professional, never pushy, and very patient and informative over the course of three visits, two test drives and hundreds of questions. He returned my calls and e-mails with the right information at the right time on at least a dozen occasions. Terry was also able to broker an excellent deal on our trade-in which made the purchase of our RAM 1500 possible. I'd easily and highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience buying a new vehicle. More

As most of us know, the car buying experience is stressful. Coupled with the stress of spending so much $$$ is the latent belief that car salesmen / dealers are unethical and are out to screw the c stressful. My experience at Farrish, with Shane Nebel and John Grundy in particular, smashed the stereotype to bits. John was cordial, friendly, not overly assertive or pushy. He helped reduce the stress of the purchase to an almost pleasant experience. Everyone we dealt with at Farrish was friendly and helpful. I would recommend MY Farrish Team to anyone. More
Chris and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Chris spent a lot of time with us, was able to answer all our questions, and allowed us to drive a few vehicles before we made our decision. I hate the entire car buying process, but had a rather tolerable experience this time at Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I had spoken to salespeople from 4 other dealerships before I dealt with John. I knew what I wanted, John Grundy was able to find the exact car that I wanted, didn't try to talk me into anything more or anything less, and then worked with me to get the monthly payment that I was comfortable with. I'm am very happy with my new car and would definitely go to John if I was to buy a new car in the future. More
After shopping around a ton in the Northern Virginia area, I had the luck of coming across Frank and John at Farrish. Both were great to work with as I sorted through my numerous (and I mean NUMEROUS) area, I had the luck of coming across Frank and John at Farrish. Both were great to work with as I sorted through my numerous (and I mean NUMEROUS) questions and both were great about communicating with me the entire time answering all of my questions honestly with a genuine concern for what would best suit me and my situation. After speaking with sales people at every dealership from Fredricksburg to Baltimore, I thought I just had to accept a grueling negotiation process to get a good deal since thats how Koons and Ourisman wanted to negotiate. However, Frank offered me such a great deal off the bat that they pretty much made it pointless to even entertain other dealers and their pressure tactics - I'm talking $1000s of dollars difference. Listen, long story short, save yourself some time and hassle and go to these guys. They understand people are busy and the old model of car selling doesn't fit with people's busy lives anymore. Frank and John understand that and further respect your time. If you want to get jumped from "sales manager" to "sales manager" as they try to beat you up and frustrate you into paying more than you know you should, go to Koons, Safford, Oursman, etc - I've bought at those dealerships in the past and that route is a waste of time. If you want the best price without the headache and pointless hours spent around a showroom go to Farrish. Class work guys - if there were more sales people like you out there car buying would be viewed a lot differently. You made a customer for life. More

Once we got to the dealership to purchase our car, they continued to be friendly but the process took three hours and we were very frustrated with how slowly they were able to proceed with our transaction. They did have the car at the price we agreed upon over the phone, so we found them to be honest, just very slow to get the purchase finalized. More
