It's April, I reached out back in January. John Grundy was my point of contact via the USAA Buyer's program. John totally understood my situation and was still willing to work with me understanding there wasn't going to be a "quick sale". The process drug on into April, and he didn't bother me or try to convince me to come down anyway and "look". He touched base with me occasionally without being "hungry" for a sale. He was a nice guy and not overbearing. He kept me aware of his inventory and what he thought he could obtain for me, and even indicated if need be would could order a Jeep built. But NO pressure. I cleared my title issue, send him an email, and he sent me an invoice. I just came down to look, and he told me true he didn't have the MOAB in the color I wanted but could get one. I went down anyway to see this "Dune" colored MOAB, which wasn't even a color listed on Jeep's main site for the MOAB. The color was AWESOME! Jeep had just about all I wanted too.... I decided to buy it. Then to top it off, he got me the USAA pricing, tossed in a Military Discount (retired), and got the trade in value nearly where I expected. Farrish even arranged a better rate on a loan with a local bank. I truly feel John Grundy did one xxxx of a job for me; provided me a great deal, fair trade, and got me a unique colored MOAB that's pretty darn sweet. I felt like I was back in my old CJ8 Scrambler... but totally upgraded and on steroids. Love this MOAB, enjoyed working the deal with John, no pressure, fair, HONEST and a nice guy who I felt had my interest held first as opposed to his sale. Great Representative, (Not calling him a Salesman, because he didn't act the stereotype). If I decide to buy another car in the future, I'm contacting John first. Importantly, he was honest and displayed true integrity and professionalism in the way he interacted with us as buyers. There was no high pressure tactics and no exaggerated claims. In essence, it was very refreshing to work with someone of Chris' quality, especially compared to a lifetime of experiences dealing with some other not-so-great sales representatives. His ability to make potential buyers feel comfortable and earn their trust is a rare attribute and is something that should be commended and serve as a model to other sales representatives at Farrish. If I owned a dealership, I would want Chris on my team and I'd make him a sales supervisor. More

He guided me through the whole process and introduced me to people that would be assisting me throughout the day. I ended up getting a very reasonable price for my trade as well as the new car I left with that day. Overall this was by far the best car buying experience I have had and will definitely be coming back to Farrish whenever I decide to get another vehicle. More
Terry Fant was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the Jeep Grand Cherokee that we purchased. I called in advance to set-up a test drive of one of the Jeep Grand Cherokees on the Farrish websit about the Jeep Grand Cherokee that we purchased. I called in advance to set-up a test drive of one of the Jeep Grand Cherokees on the Farrish website inventory list and Terry had the vehicle ready to test drive as soon as I arrived. As a sales representative, he was not one bit pushy or overbearing. He answered each and every question that we had about the Grand Cherokee and went into great detail while demonstrating and teaching us the operating procedures and capabilities of the audio, navigation and electronic components. During the test drive, he ensured that we experienced the vehicle in various environments (highway and residential) and let us determine when to conclude the test drive. When it came time to do the final negotiations, it was hassle free. The advertised web price was well below dealer invoice and the trade-in value that we negotiated was fair and in-line with Kelly Blue Book trade-in values. Terry handled the entire transaction quickly and efficiently. Prior to us leaving after purchasing the car, he made sure to go over everything one last time and answer any final questions we had. The day after the purchase, he followed-up with us to ensure everything was fine with the SUV. I would definitely recommend Terry Fant and the Farrish team to any friends I have that are interested in purchasing a Jeep. More

This will be the 4th car that my family and friends have bought from John Grundy at Farrish, and we are thoroughly impressed. I like John Grundy because he is a low pressure salesman who is easy to talk to. I didn't ever feel rushed to make my decision. I was going back and forth in my head about interior color. Even though it was the last day of the sales month he said "If you do not feel sure that this is the car, don't do it, we can look for something that is perfect for you." Although ultimately the car they had in stock ended up being my top choice, I never felt pressured; buying a car is a big decision, taking your time to let it sink in is important. I felt like my best interested were kept in mind, not just a sale for the dealership. The sales manager Jim Delgado and John Grundy put together a deal that was to good to pass up. The price was fair and quick. (no games) Jim D was really nice and made the negotiation easy. I have to also mention that James Cubbage in finance was great too. Everyone I met at Farrish was professional, but easy going; they made it comfortable and fun. I am very happy with my new Charger and would recommend Farrish and John G to anyone without hesitation. Terry Fant was an excellent sales agent to work with in many aspects. I usually do a fair amount of research in vehicles that I am interested in, and really appreciate working with sales reps that are extr many aspects. Terry is at the top of the list in that regard. He knows his products! In addition, he is a very easy going, no nonsense, no pressure type of sales rep. He understands his customer and does what it takes to meet the customers needs. I would highly recommend working with Terry if at all interested in the vehicles he sells. Although, I did not end up buying from Terry due only to the limited 2013 Grand Cherokee inventory that met my very specific color and option requirements, I would have liked to close the deal with Terry. In the end, he offered excellent customer service and also offered the best price. Great guy to work with! More
