Let me tell you, I am loving the new car and showing it off to everyone. What was great about Farrish was the people that work there. Everyone was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone from the service department, to sales, to people who answer the phones. However, I would like to give a specific shout-out to two people on the Farrish team. First, I wanted to acknowledge Chris Davis who works in sales. Chris was knowledgeable about all vehicles, helpful and considerate regarding where I was in my decision making process. He also helped me understand the different options I had when making my decision and answered MANY questions for me (through e-mail and phone) and didn't get annoyed (it took me 3 days to make up my mind as I was considering three different cars). What made Chris special was his upfront attitude and non-pushy sales tactics...and believe, me they worked. So much so, that I plan to return to Farrish when I'm ready for my next Chrysler 200. Now, my family has always gone to the same Chrysler dealership in my hometown to purchase our cars so my switching to Farrish is a big deal. Also, my fiancé has decided to also purchase his car from Chris and Farrish when he is ready. Thank you Chris for helping me find the right car and right deal for me. The second person I would like to acknowledge is Michelle who is the Business Manager. She was VERY helpful regarding questions about financing and worked hard to work out a deal that worked for my fiancé and me. THANK YOU BOTH! John was a great to deal with when purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee. He showed the features of the car that I was considering purchasing and did not oversell his product. Terry Fant was a superb representative of Farrish and of the Jeep brand. Terry and his wife (who also works at the dealership) have owned several Jeep Wranglers and its telling that he loves the vehicle so the Jeep brand. The process was no-hassel and no pressure. The price we paid was very competitive, especially given the market/retail price and the fact that these vehicles do not depreciate quickly. (Kim in financing totally rocked and was a delight to work with!) We purchased a Wrangler Unlimited with the dual-top option, not realizing until we got home with the Jeep that to remove the soft-top, we had to take the hard top off first. Terry went above and beyond, inviting me to bring the Jeep back so that he could change out the tops himself, which he and his team did in less that 20 minutes, instructing me along the way so we can now do at home. Terry loves what he does and it shows. For those reading these reviews in the LGBTQ community, we were made to feel that our business was important to Terry and to Farrish, and my partner and I were treated wonderfully from the first contact. I entered Farrish with a small possibility of purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I had purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler from them so I was already familiar with the friendly and knowledgeable sales an a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. A good friend of mine worked with John Grundy and told me about the great experience with John (and the GM). As I stated above I entered the dealership with a 50/50 chance of buying a new Jeep - I did not need one but I "wanted one". From the first to the final hand shake John worked hard to make sure I got the best deal that I could possibly get for the new Jeep and my trade in. He went as far as getting the Sales Manager and GM involved - talk about taking it the next level to "get it done". Every step of the way John kept me updated via phone, text, or emails always with a "how can I help YOU" attitude. As a salesman, I would say John applied the right amount of pressure, but when I needed time to think and make sure the deal was right for me, John never treated me any different. In fact this was when he got the Sales Manager and GM involved to make sure that they had done everything they could regarding price. Thankfully this story ended with both parties happy - they sold a new Jeep and I got a great deal. Farriish once again exceeded my expectations and has created a life customer - who will be referring anyone I hear mention Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler.
