Poor service need more training to communicate with customer. I brought in a new Pacifica Hybrid for warranty work and had a very poor experience. The service department had poor communication and when I went to pick up the car, some work wasn’t even completed even th had a very poor experience. The service department had poor communication and when I went to pick up the car, some work wasn’t even completed even though I was told it was ready. Service paperwork was not completed. The original main issues were resolved through software patches, but somehow the department insisted on doing a 100 mile road test needlessly, even over my concern on this. Sadly, it seems their service foreman found it better to drive someone else’s new car home rather than putting mileage on his own car. More
