These people couldn't even get me through the door! Fefe was a total joke, he argued with me when I told him he wasn't communicating with me. He told me he didn't know what kind of car I was pricing out...y was a total joke, he argued with me when I told him he wasn't communicating with me. He told me he didn't know what kind of car I was pricing out...yet he referenced it in the email he sent me 10 minutes before. He said I didn't provide him with the information he needed to calculate a possible payment, and I responded with a, "When did you ask me for this?" He wouldn't respond to an email and then email me a few days later and ask, "Are you still interested in 'X' car?" It was awful! In over 20 years of purchasing and leasing cars, this was by far the WORST experience I have EVER had. Then once I told Fefe my concerns, his manager, Kyle, emailed me promising me a simple negotiation about the vehicle. I told him the deal I am considering from another dealer and asked him to see if he can undercut it. CRICKETS!!! He didn't even respond to my email. I am assuming he was Fefe's mentor. I would ABSOLUTELY steer clear of this place. If I am leasing a $50k vehicle, I would expect top notch service. This was like buying a $200 car from some back alley, discount company. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere....ANYWHERE!!!! More
