I had already walked around the lot, and found the exact 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland I wanted to buy and noted the inventory number on the windshield. I also had a printout from Edmunds.com of "what other people in your area are paying." I met John Grundy, and I told him I wanted to buy a car, gave him the inventory, and my printout, and said "I want to buy this car for this price. If you can sell it to me in an hour, I will buy it right now." John is a warm, friendly, individual. He didn't play any of the "let me see what my manager says" games. He took my printout, said "I'll go get the car and bring it up", and when he came back a few minutes later he said "the car is right outside, and my manager approved the price." We then talked to Mimi Syed, the finance agent on duty at the time. She was also friendly, and helped us get the deal done. We did not purchase any of the add on items, though she did have to explain them all to us, and we had to acknowledge being presented the opportunity. All in all, John, Mimi, and the manager who approved the deal got us out of the dealership in 1 hour and 5 minutes. By far the fastest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. This is the 3rd Jeep I have bought from Farrish, and it will not be the last. More

This girl has a Phd in car knowledge, customer service and work ethic. She runs to get cars to make sure you don't have to wait too long and is happy and fun while she's giving you so much information on every vehicle you're interested in. I not only know how to use all of the electronic and technological features in my vehicle I feel like I could teach a class after one 45 minute session with her. Even more important she loves the products she sells and gets a little hot under the collar with people who don't know how good the Chrysler products are! It's almost fun to watch! We will be buying many cars in the future with 5 teenagers and they will all be from Stacie Wakefield. More

I left that day to ponder my decision and leftmknowing I would purchase a vehicle from Stacie. After going through the Truecar process to see what my best price would be the phone calls started rolling in. The other dealers were very aggressive on the phone and that was without even stepping in their showroom. I brought all of the Truecar offers back to Stacie and we found what I was looking for. The experience that I had at Farrish was awesome and unlike any other car buying experience that I have had. They are top notch and don't play the typical games that you may expect. More

I had been shopping for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 5 months and prior to going to Farrish Jeep I had been to 3 other local Jeep dealerships a total of about 5 times. When I walked into Farrish Jeep, I had one of the best customer service experiences ever. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the staff. Our Sales Consultant, Floyd Bui was extremely knowledgeable about EVERY SINGLE feature on the Jeep I was interested in. He took the time to go over all of the features with me prior to me even making a decision to buy. I cant tell you how impressed I was with Floyd’s knowledge, and that he was able to answer every single one of my questions (and I had done A LOT of research). The Sales Manager, Terry Fant was also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to come over and discuss with us in details the price and where we were trying to get at. He was also able to explain it and show us in a way that was simple to understand without pressuring us. Working with Terry and Floyd has been by far the best experience we have ever had at a dealership, and we have owned many cars. The last person we worked with at Farrish Jeep was Nayel Anwar, Finance Consultant. We already had our financing in place through our credit union, and we were out of his office in less than 15 minutes! I can tell you, this has never happened at any dealership, and I ALWAYS have my financing ready. Nayel was very professional, and I told him at the end of the transaction how impressed I was at how quick this step was. I only wish all my buying experiences could be as pleasant and seamless as it was with Farrish Jeep Fairfax, VA. More

I traded in my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT-8 which I purchased at Safford in Springfield. I did not have a pleasant time dealing with Safford and found my interactions at Farrish to be far superior. I look very young and dress down often, but they still treated me with seriousness and respect. I was looking for a 2015 Rubicon Hardrock. Nowhere in Northern VA had the exact set up I was looking for. They had the closest ones that matched what I wanted. They could remove some options on the vehicle that I needed. So we opted to build one from scratch. I could have gone to any dealership and had them build me a vehicle, but Debbie and Terry were friendly and helpful so I decided to give Farrish my business. Debbie kept me up to date with all the information as the vehicle was being built. Terry the sales manager also was helpful and honest with regards to pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Farrish to friends/family. More
