Message boards stated 8 to 12 weeks average build time, but we got it in 4. John Grundy was a pleasure to work with, and after having purchased numerous vehicles over my lifetime, I can finally say I found a finance department that is also a pleasure to work with. I spoke with Debbie over the phone multiple times and bought my jeep. When I arrived I felt very welcomed, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. I felt that driving a long way a dealer has the upper hand because they know if they nickel and dime you for a few hundred bucks that odds are you won't walk out because you came from so far. None of that happened. Debbie as well as the entire staff were very friendly and honest. Not pushy at all. Wish ny dealers had the same approach. Even the Farrish finance guy was cool ;). Overall a wonderful and pleasant buying experience. Got my srt jeep at below invoice and they offered me a fair value for my trade. I told them about the terrible experience I had with the other dealer and they quickly jumped in to help. Not only did they find the car I was looking for, but they also gave me the best price (with more features then expected), and a great trade in value on my old vehicle. When I met Stacie at the dealership she was very personable, upbeat, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. She legitimately sat in the Jeep Grand Cherokee with me and walked me through pretty much all of the features and began pre-setting things with me. She gave me advice on what to do for the first few days and weeks, and she even shared her personal experience with all of her Jeep’s. I came in one evening determined to buy the jeep I saw but it wasn't exactly what a wanted. I was very discouraged to not be able to get what I wanted and was ready to leave. That is the night I met John Grundy. He was not high pressure and went out of his way to let me know the options that were available to me. He helped me to build my own jeep with the exact options I wanted. His many years of knowledge helped us in choosing the right one for us.
