I left that day to ponder my decision and leftmknowing I would purchase a vehicle from Stacie. After going through the Truecar process to see what my best price would be the phone calls started rolling in. The other dealers were very aggressive on the phone and that was without even stepping in their showroom. I brought all of the Truecar offers back to Stacie and we found what I was looking for. I had been shopping for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for about 5 months and prior to going to Farrish Jeep I had been to 3 other local Jeep dealerships a total of about 5 times. When I walked into Farrish Jeep, I had one of the best customer service experiences ever. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the staff. Our Sales Consultant, Floyd Bui was extremely knowledgeable about EVERY SINGLE feature on the Jeep I was interested in. He took the time to go over all of the features with me prior to me even making a decision to buy. I cant tell you how impressed I was with Floyd’s knowledge, and that he was able to answer every single one of my questions (and I had done A LOT of research). The Sales Manager, Terry Fant was also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to come over and discuss with us in details the price and where we were trying to get at. He was also able to explain it and show us in a way that was simple to understand without pressuring us. Working with Terry and Floyd has been by far the best experience we have ever had at a dealership, and we have owned many cars. The last person we worked with at Farrish Jeep was Nayel Anwar, Finance Consultant. We already had our financing in place through our credit union, and we were out of his office in less than 15 minutes! I can tell you, this has never happened at any dealership, and I ALWAYS have my financing ready. Nayel was very professional, and I told him at the end of the transaction how impressed I was at how quick this step was. I look very young and dress down often, but they still treated me with seriousness and respect. I was looking for a 2015 Rubicon Hardrock. Nowhere in Northern VA had the exact set up I was looking for. They had the closest ones that matched what I wanted. They could remove some options on the vehicle that I needed. So we opted to build one from scratch. I could have gone to any dealership and had them build me a vehicle, but Debbie and Terry were friendly and helpful so I decided to give Farrish my business. Debbie kept me up to date with all the information as the vehicle was being built. Terry the sales manager also was helpful and honest with regards to pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Farrish to friends/family. More

Worth the trip for satisfaction!! Farrish is located about 1 1/2 hours from my residence. That being said I traveled to a dealer about 45 minutes south of them to look at a well advert Farrish is located about 1 1/2 hours from my residence. When I got to that dealer the vehicle I was going to look at was sold 2 hours prior to my arrival. I received no call or warning. Poor customer service which led me to searching the internet via mobile device for dealers on my way home to try and find a deal. Farrish came up and had advertised some great deals on New vehicles. I made a phone call and spoke to Anthony Williams, which ended up being a GREAT choice. I ended up really wanting the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon they had on the lot but unfortunately could not come to an agreement on price. We played the numbers battle, but I think everyone does this to get the best deal they can. So I had left and continued to look. Anthony kept in contact with me politely over the next two days to see if I had made a purchase and informed me he was still working with management to try and get my deal where I needed it. Anthony is a worker!! If you want a one time attempt and get out, Anthony is not your guy. If you want a worker that's going to hunt for your deal and work on your options to his full extent then he's your guy. After several conversations, options and texts Anthony, his Manager Miguel and I worked a deal!! He understood my financial needs and family situation and he worked his hardest to get me where I needed to be. Once this deal was negotiated the paperwork process was relatively easy, but I will also commend Matt Thompson in Financing. Not your "typical financing guy". Again Matt like Anthony listened to my needs and brainstormed options with me. He was not pushy and "directing" like most finance people I've dealt with. I have bought 7 cars in 12 years so I have sat with several financing personnel. Matt new where I needed to be, gave me several options, and looked up several banks to get me the best option available to take care of me and my family. That's not common. Most push to get their numbers, these guys pushed for me. The Farrish team definitely came through on the deal. It was worth the trip, wait and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!
