By the time I was done with Finance my Car was clean and ready to go....the Floyd helped me setup my phone and walk through "my laptop on wheels". Everyone I spoke to even the receptionist was very nice to me and told me how happy they were for me..which made me feel special! If you want to feel special when you buy your car...go to Farrish! He not only honored the price but allowed us to factory order our vehicles in the exact configuration we wanted at the Cary Buying Service price. With our second jeep he beat the price by a few hundered dollars. In the end we paid over $2000 under invoice on a factory order! Clearly, Farrish wants to sell cars and would rather sell me a car they don't have on the lot than pressure me into accepting what they do have--very uncommon in new car sales. Further, Farrish kept me well informed of the progress of our orders as they had access to information I did not. The whole experience with both cars was outstanding! We plan to buy our 3rd Jeep from Farrish! More
