Although it was hard for me to say good bye to my first real car, we worked with salesman John Grundy who was great. Knowing our situation, he did not pressure us into anything and was extremely patient with the indecisive nature of should we really be doing this. In the end, he was able to get us exactly what we were looking for and a little more keeping us under our budget. Thank you so much John! Best car buying experience in over 40 years I have been purchasing cars for many years. Love new cars but the part I dread is going to the dealer. I prepare myself for the haggling and the disr I have been purchasing cars for many years. Love new cars but the part I dread is going to the dealer. I prepare myself for the haggling and the disrespect that I know I will have to endure. My opinion of car shopping and purchasing made a 180 degree turn last night. I was fortunate enough to select Farrish as the place I would shop. I am now honored to say I met Floyd Bui. He is without a doubt the best, most honest, sweetest person I have ever bought a car from or ever encountered in any dealership. He made this quick and seamless. Floyd made a thing that I dread (going to a dealership and trying to buy a car) for the thing that I love (my new car....did I mention it's a Renegade Trailhawk) a truly wonderful experience. Never have I been treated so well and with so much respect. I wasn't left sitting for hours at a time, I was given a great price, and even though it was closing time, Floyd carefully sat with my in my beautiful new baby and explained how all the features work.
