Great Dealership I visited this dealer on 9/19 after having a horrible experience at another dealer. I looked a Hummer H3 and purchased that vehicle during the visit. I visited this dealer on 9/19 after having a horrible experience at another dealer. I looked a Hummer H3 and purchased that vehicle during the visit. My salesman "Mark" was friendly and didn't paly any of the "dealer games". I found one flaw in the vehicle and the management even adjusted the price to compensate. I was in and out of the dealer quickly. The dealership was busy however I was made to feel like I was the only customer there. I will definitely purchase from here again in the future. More

Best Buying Experience! Treated the process as relationship as opposed to simple "car sale". Stacie Wakefield guided me through the entire process from start to finish. I never felt under any pressure and even after shopping around comparing prices and trucks, no other dealer could beat or match the Farrish Ram Fairfax price. To the contrary, I pushed back several times and each time Stacie relayed she was there to find me the truck that is the right fit for me, the process took time but at no point was she showing me trucks that had less or more than what I presented to her as being on my wish list. I was very specific and she took that order and used it as our target and desired outcome. I've never been comfortable recommending car dealerships to anyone, this though, I am recommending this dealership and Stacie Wakefield to all my close relationships. We plan on purchasing a Jeep for son in two years and I already know which lot he will be driving off from-- this is a good feeling of ease.
