Upon arrival, Hash Mourad, Sales and Leasing Consultant, walked us through all of the features of the vehicle and made sure we were 100% satisfied with every aspect. Friendly & Outstanding Customer The other day I was surfing for reasonable used cars that I might be able to afford considering my current situation (separated). I was on Farrish we The other day I was surfing for reasonable used cars that I might be able to afford considering my current situation (separated). I was on Farrish website and came upon the 2002 Acura MDX for $17K with 79K miles on it. So I took a chance to get a quote. Within an hour I received a call and email from Debbie Hefty, who understood my situation and will willing to help to make this a reality. I filled out the on-line credit application and VIOLA! by the end of the day, I received a call from Ms. Heffy telling me that I was approved. Needless to say I was excited and cried tears of joy!! I made an appointment for the following day to meet with Ms. Hefty to take a look and the truck and to test drive. After speaking with Ms. Hefty, I completed paperwork and met with the finance person, Mimi?, who was also friendly and provided great customer service to discuss other options and to finalize the sale of the truck. On Sunday, I will be returning to complete the last leg of the transaction (down payment), and picking up the keys and driving off in my baby!!! They were incredible understanding, pleasant, and great to work with. I would recommend to anyone that is interested in purchasing a used car, go see Debbie Hefty and Mimi in the Fiance Department.
