He was fully transparent about a fair price for the car and did not offer any conditions (like APR financing) to get that price. He also went above and beyond by putting on my husband's football team game after he picked up on his apprehension about missing the game. More

I was on Farrish website and came upon the 2002 Acura MDX for $17K with 79K miles on it. So I took a chance to get a quote. Within an hour I received a call and email from Debbie Hefty, who understood my situation and will willing to help to make this a reality. I filled out the on-line credit application and VIOLA! by the end of the day, I received a call from Ms. Heffy telling me that I was approved. Needless to say I was excited and cried tears of joy!! I made an appointment for the following day to meet with Ms. Hefty to take a look and the truck and to test drive. After speaking with Ms. Hefty, I completed paperwork and met with the finance person, Mimi?, who was also friendly and provided great customer service to discuss other options and to finalize the sale of the truck. On Sunday, I will be returning to complete the last leg of the transaction (down payment), and picking up the keys and driving off in my baby!!! They were incredible understanding, pleasant, and great to work with. I would recommend to anyone that is interested in purchasing a used car, go see Debbie Hefty and Mimi in the Fiance Department. The other day on my way to work my transmission had slipped on me. So I parked my car in a parking lot and got my local mechanic to come check it out. After analyzing the car he told me the transmission was done and would need to be replaced which would cost me upwards of $3000. So I said you know if I'm going to spend that kind of money I might as well by a new car. So I decided to go car hunting. After several unseccesful tries at other dealerships we ended up cruising past several used car lots on fairfax boulevard. So I told my friend who was drivin me around and helping me car shop to pull up in one of them which he did. So we went inside the office to speak with a salesman and to our surprised the salesmen were less than enthusiastic to try to sell us a car. It seemed as though they had an attitude and not a single one of them even got up out of there seats to greet us or address our needs which was odd because they didn't have any customers and looked extremely bored. So you would think they would be excited at the sight of a potential customet but instead were half texting half snacking and playing on on their computers plus they didn't have any of the cars I wanted so after spending 1.5 minutes we left their lot went literally right next door. Which was one of the best decisions I've ever made. As we walked through the used car lot parallel to theirs, I instantly saw several models of the cars from my wish list, namely the newer model Ford Fusion. So we tried to walk in the building to talk to somebody and it was locked. Luckily there was an employee outside detailing one of the cars who directed us to their main building which was located a couple yards up from the used car lot. So we walked over and right as we entered the door we could immediately see the environment was different. People were working hard, there were customers walking about, and theit dealership was buzzing with life. As I approached the first sales representative I saw, whos name read Debbie Hefty on the business cards sitting on her desk, I started to get a little anxious because I wasn't sure if I would be able to get a car in time for work tomorrow. I could tell she was busy because her eyes were strongly fixated on the computer, her fingers were hacking away at her keyboard and her phone was ringing of the hook. Though extremely busy and preoccupied, she took time out from what she was working on to address my needs. She was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and effecient in solving my issue, plus I must say she was a sight for sore eyes. After finding out what I was looking for she quickly pulled up the information on her computer and told me what I needed and wanted to know. So the next step was to take the car for a test drive, which she smoothly transitioned me into. So we took it around the block and got a feel for how it drives, and I gotta say I fell in love, I wanted that car and bad. But I couldn't show my true emotions because I didn't want her, being in sales to take advantage of that, which I would later learn wouldn't matter because I was getting a heck of a deal anyway. After bringing us back in the office she began the excruciating paperwork process which I thought I was going to take the rest of the day. So I don't know if she expedited the process or has some type of special connection but she was able to get my paperwork back and finalized within the hour and completed her portion of the sale and transferred me into the hands of the finance manager next door. Though we had to wait a little bit over there, even he was pretty quick with his portion. And the whole time while we were waiting Debbie cam and checked on us several times making small talk with us so we weren't bored and checking if we needed anything between all the other work she was juggling at the time, which was very nice of her. So after about another 45 mins of negotiating a deal with the finance manager, who was also very friendly, clear, and informative, we were able to come to a deal which I might add was a pretty good one, had all the paperwork signed and finalized, and now were just waiting to get the keys so could roll out in my new toy. I was excited at this point and it showed. In the meantime Debbie had vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the car for us and transferred the car over to the caring hands of the derail crew. In between all of this Debbie was tending to other cutomers helping them fill out paperwork, finding them info that they needed, and taking test drives with other customers, but not for one minute had she forgotten about us as she kept coming back to check on us and see how were doing. I must say her customer service skills are exceptional and exemplary as I had never seen anyone go out of there way to please or satisfy a customer as she had for us. She waited out the last few minutes if the detail job with us as we asked her about the warranty, extra features of the car, and other general questions about the car. Finally the car was ready to go, Debbie put the temporary tags on and handed me the keys to my new baby, with the biggest smile which was contagious, I couldn't help but cheese and give her a big bear hug. I got in my new car and I said now that you mine I have to name you and as I was searching for good name a light came in my head and instantly I had the perfect name for the perfect car... Debbie! My only hope is that the car will be as good to me as she was. I was extremely satisfied and was laughing all the way home. And the next time I have a family member or friend that needs to buy a new car I'm definitely sending them to straight to Farris Jeep. Hopefully, Debbie and the Finance Manager whose name has slipped my mind will be working so the can give them the excellent service they provided me with. More

Our salesman, Hash Mourad, was very helpful, and did not pressure us in any way as we worked our way through to a selection. There was a hitch in our purchase, in that the Jeep we wanted was in recall mode, and we had to wait about a month for a new part to be delivered before we could take possession. While this was frustrating, we were gratified by the personal attention Kevin Farrish himself paid to the matter. Nice to know old-fashioned service survives! More

I bought an older used car ('03 Pilot) that was a trade-in to Farrish, and (on my request) Debbie got me a copy of the mechanic's inspection report for the car, showing all the items the mechanic identified as things that could require service. No hiding the flaws. Got what I think was a good price, without a lot of back and forth. Nayel in the business office got my paperwork processed and me out the door within about 20 minutes after the price was agreed (I was not borrowing, and they don't sell additional items like warranties on cars that old, so that probably helped speed it up). Easiest car dealer experience I've had, and I'm in my fifties so I've had quite a few. Would definitely recommend Debbie. More
