This Is A Great Place I went to this dealership because the one I went to the night before had my monthly payments too high. Friendly background, this is the first time I b I went to this dealership because the one I went to the night before had my monthly payments too high. Friendly background, this is the first time I bought a car and my first car in my name ever so I know that interest might be high and i need a down payment. They said they couldnt do anything and that the lowest interest they could get me was 13.65% which put my payments at $341. I couldn't afford that so I left the dealership they said they would still try to work on it in the morning and would give me a call. I went home that night back to the drawing board and found the same car at Farrish in Fairfax. I figured lets give it a shot. I was there before 9am when they first opened and met Debbie (make sure you see her). I figured she worked there and we began talking. She took her time, asked me what I was looking to get, didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt want and we went for a test drive. We talked numbers and she brought me over to the finance department. The finance guy came out asked me what i was looking for in monthly payments, went over all the extended warranties, talked financing time, and I told him the interest the other dealership said was the minimum they could get me. 5 minutes late he came back and got me a monthly payment of $271 (i couldnt afford anything higher than $285 and even that is a stretch). He was also able to get me the gap insurance and the highest level extended warranty for this price a month. He also was able to cut the interest rate by more than half to 5.3%. Mind you the other dealership didnt have warranties included. Also they didnt do first payment 45 days from sell, but Farrish was able too. I had such a wonderful experience at this dealership I would recommend it to any and everyone. They are fair, they truly work on your behalf, and they work to get you as much as possible and keep you in your price range. I am sending all my buddies there who need a car or service work done (i saw how they handled people who needed work done on their car (oil changes, tire rotations, estimates on damages etc) I suggest you do the same. Even if you have what might be a good deal still give them a chance to see if they can do better. Make sure you go see Debbie Hefty (trust me you wont be disappointed). Oh fyi...the other dealership called me back the next day (same day I bought the car from Farrish) and said "good news I got you a better deal and in your price range. How does $315 sound?" Sorry but I told you my maximum was $275 that aint in my range. I asked about the interest rate again and they said they werent able to bring it down so they lowered the price of the car they were financing to bring payments down. I asked about certain banks like what was capital one interest how about pnc or Td bank. They said 19%, 15% and td bank wouldnt bid because of my credit score and what not. Here is a secret they dont know: Td bank is the one that gave me the 5.3% interest rate. So yeah go see Debbie and Farrish of Fairfax. More

She was very friendly and willing to assist in any way possible from the moment when we walked into the used car office. We told her what we were looking for, as well as our price point. Debbie located multiple vehicles for us to look at, and we found the exact one we've been looking for. We could not be happier with our experience there. The only reason we gave a 4 star rating is because the finance team was constantly pushing us to see if they could match/beat the interest rate provided from our credit union, and to purchase extended warranties...I understand that they are only trying to help, but at that point of the day, we were exhausted and just ready to go home.
