She spent lots of time over numerous days on the phone with me answer all my questions and I had a lot. She made sure that everything had been done prior to our arrival. There were no surprises when we arrived, everything was as stated on the phone. We showed up, we test drove the car, and we bought the car. Debbie was very friendly and professional and was great at her job. Matt Thompson, Finance Manager, was very helpful with the financial end of the deal, he got us a great rate, offered some options for additional coverage, finalize all the documents and got us out the door. Before calling it a day, we decided to check out Farrish Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. We are so happy we did! Our sales person, Debbie Hefty, was GREAT!! She was very friendly and willing to assist in any way possible from the moment when we walked into the used car office. We told her what we were looking for, as well as our price point. Debbie located multiple vehicles for us to look at, and we found the exact one we've been looking for. We could not be happier with our experience there. The only reason we gave a 4 star rating is because the finance team was constantly pushing us to see if they could match/beat the interest rate provided from our credit union, and to purchase extended warranties...I understand that they are only trying to help, but at that point of the day, we were exhausted and just ready to go home. Overall, a great experience! More

The sales rep that assisted me was Debbie Hefty and she was absolutely fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about the make and model that I was interested in and had answers to all of my questions. I am not the easiest customer to deal with but she tolerated all my questions with a positive attitude. If she did not have the answers, she quickly found someone who did. poor inter-departmental coordination i was purchasing a new 2015 jeep cherokee. i couldnt find the jeep i wanted locally, but i found one on the jeep website vehicle search at an out-of i was purchasing a new 2015 jeep cherokee. i couldnt find the jeep i wanted locally, but i found one on the jeep website vehicle search at an out-of-state dealership. i spoke to salesman floyd bui at farrish of fairfax. floyd was great, very informative and went above and beyond in helpfulness and friendliness. he was a pleasure to work with. terry fant was also very helpful we had everything set up in advance so i could fly in and quickly drive out, and i was very confident the transaction would go smoothly. i flew in from michigan with a cashiers check for the agreed upon total amount, a farrish employee picked me up at the airport (he too was very nice ), got to dealership, met floyd, everything was all set, he handed me off to the financial person, went downhill from there. ( financial person..unusual name so he went by his initials) made me wait, when he did see me he acted like he had no clue who i was or what i was doing there. then he tried to belittle me into purchasing his warranty ( i had check in hand) tried to bully me into using his finance firm (check in hand) was overly persistent trying to sell me extras that he hadn't bothered to offer (all my contact info was easily available ) before price was agreed upon (check in hand), then tried to shame me into getting paint protection applied (it would take several hours to apply, and he couldn't do it until monday anyway, and he didn't care that i had a long drive home and was in anxious to leave...by the way.. if he had offered the paint protection in advance so that it was ready when i arrived, i would have bought it.. i ended up having it applied at my local dealer once i got home). when i finally convinced him that i wasn't buying his routine he acted like i was an inconvenience to him, and he went and helped some other customers. if i had another way home i would have left the dealership right then. after making me wait some more i finally got to his office, completed ten minutes of paperwork ( i had been there 2 hours now) got a temporary license plate, was assured the michigan plate would arrive shortly. got on road, jeep was great, navigation was right on, made it home with mixed feelings about farrish. a couple weeks later i got a call from my financial firm wanting to know why farrish had never applied for a title or license plates, as they are the secured party on the title. emailed floyd, again he was great, said he would get to the bottom of it and he did, put my wife in touch with "bam", who was rude and promptly berated my wife and I because I was missing the form that gives them the authority to apply for an out-of-state title in my name... i assure you i filled out all the paperwork i was asked for or was presented at the dealership.... but still she said it was our fault and she would send the form for me to sign. she did send, i signed and returned. meanwhile the temporary license expired so bam sent another one. finally, 5-weeks after visiting farrish i received my plates, along with the check for the remainder of the $500 retainer i left for the plates, but no itemized invoice for how they determined the amount to be refunded. did i have to pay for a second temporary license?, or did i pay for them to overnight it? what other mystery fees did they charge me?? my "mixed feelings" about farrish were turning into hard feelings. floyd was great, terry fant was great, the others showed a level of rudeness and incompetence that should be an embarrassment to anyone within the chrysler or jeep or farrish families. the entire event has soured me on the jeep experience. additionally... i had no intention of completing the jeep feedback survey until the transaction was complete. now that it finally is, i tried to do the survey and it has expired because it took so long. i would very much like to relate my experience to the chrysler corp and i wish to be contacted by a representative. while doing this survey, i'm not sure how to answer... customer service? i give floyd a 5, the financial dept a 0... how does that average out?? same with friendliness. Prior to stopping by Farrish, I went to another dealership. The salesperson had little knowledge of the most basic questions regarding the car. I left without making a purchase because I couldn't get straight answers. When I stopped by Farrish, I ran into Hash, he clearly knew his product and never lacked a quick response to my questions. He was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I ran the numbers through and through, I got a great car at a great price. More

Traded in my truck which they reviewed with pictures. I was expecting a bait and switch like some dealers might do when you come from four hours away. They honored the deal we made (it was subject to final vehicle inspection). I asked them to help me get the college grad rebate, it was not clear if my car qualified for it. They fought on my behalf and got the rebate. Keep in mind this was three months after I had the car and I am from out of state! I recommend this dealer to everyone. Thank you Farrish for showing me that there are still good car dealers out there. More

In fact, this the first time a dealer didn't try to take advantage of me because I am woman. They treated me fairly and were appreciative of my business. More
