Farish Is Very Responsive To Provide Info After an accident my car was totaled as a loss and I needed to buy a car. I expected to return to CarMax where I previously had a good experience. I started researching on the Internet with Autotrader.com, Cars.com, and CarMax wanting to locate a 2015 Jeep Compass, last year's model. I used chat windows and e mails to inquire about cars shown on websites. Shopping for a car is difficult because no dealer and no deal is the same. I am left with trying to compare apples, to oranges, to celery, to kumquats. The information by itself is frustrating and confusing. Another factor that became important to me was how fast my questions in the chat window and e mail were answered. I was sorting and sifting information over a few days from multiple sources. Justin Hoffman at Farish Jeep in Fairfax VA picked up my inquiry and quickly verified that two cars I was interested in were still available. A series of phone calls and e mails quoting pricing and charges in writing followed over a couple of hours. One phone call reached Justin in his car and he continued to supply answers. He also pointed out some evaluation factors about car features and financing I was considering in case they were important to me. Justin was very responsive with information and quick to communicate answers as I went through my research process. By 4pm on the same day I went to Farish and salesperson Sara Abdo sat in the cars with me demonstrating the different electronic features that were new to me and we went for a test drive. Sara was also very responsive. I chose a car, started the paperwork, and set an appointment to return the next day at noon to complete the process and pick up the car. The next day Sara directed me to Matt Thompson, Finance Manager. Matt offered me choices, answered questions, flashed through the paperwork and I was out of his office in less than an hour. Matt was fast and thorough. In my chat window and e mail communication with other dealers I was not getting answers about Chrysler incentives that applied to me, and in another case my e mail response to written pricing on Thursday was not answered until Saturday morning. Those dealers had a chance to sell a car to me and missed their chance. All the people I met at Farish were pleasant and knowledgeable. After that I ended up searching the entire region for my Tahoe. I came across a listing on New Years Eve, and submitted an online inquiry about the truck. To my surprise soon after that inquiry, I got a reply from Debbie on New years Eve. We communicated a few times that evening, and on New Years days she made the effort to take photos of the truck w/ her phone and send them to me because there were none online. We communicated off and one after that, and I honestly continued to search for a truck that was closer to me. After having two more poor experiences with local dealers, I started to focus on the fact that I was getting exceptional customer service from Debbie and what I wanted was sitting on her lot. We cleared up a few more questions, and I grabbed a train from Philadelphia to Fairfax, Va. In the end Debbie picked me up at the train station in my Tahoe, She had all the docs ready for me, she got me a superior interest rate to what we had hoped for and I drove home with the truck I wanted. Farrish seemed like a good organization, but the only reason I made that trip was because Debbie when over and above to assist me. More

The best car buying experience I've ever had I had a phenomenal experience with Farrish CJD. Stacie Wakefield and Terry Fant were great to work with and there was never any pressure to buy and th I had a phenomenal experience with Farrish CJD. I had test drove a 2015 Charger SRT 392 in Ivory Tri-coat Pearl on a Monday and planned to return with my wife and kids that Saturday. At this point other dealers would have pushed to sell the car or ask that a deposit (non-refundable) be placed on the car. Not Stacie or Terry. They were very understanding and wanted to ensure the vehicle was right for my family. Unfortunately, the car sold late Friday night but we were able to test drive another 2015 Charger SRT 392 in Redline Tri-coat Pearl on the lot. After the drive Terry did try to locate another Ivory Tri-coat Pearl within a 500 mile radius as we didn't like the Red. They found one but it was not fully loaded as the original SRT I drove. So, they said they could order me one but based on their experience it would take about two months to build plus the plant closes for the Christmas holiday. After discussing it with my wife I ordered a fully loaded 2016 Dodge Charger SRT 392 in Ivory Tri-coat Pearl at the same great price as the 2015 that got away on 12/1 and it arrived at the dealership on 12/29! Unbeknownst to me they had contacted someone at Dodge HQ (?) to see if they could get my build fast tracked as they felt bad that the car I wanted had sold. They couldn't believe their contact was able to get it through so quickly. This shows that they truly care about their customers and our willing to go the extra mile for them. I even had a great experience with the finance person (Nayel Awar) who was able to beat my credit union rate (which I was pre-approved for), explained all the different options they offered, answered all of my questions, and got us through all the paperwork quickly and thoroughly. We were done in less than 20 minutes which is unheard! I'm very happy with my purchase and will buy from Stacie and Terry at Farrish again when I'm in the market for another vehicle. More

I was very impressed with not only how knowledgeable she was about her inventory, but also with how friendly and "non-salesman" like she carries herself. There no pressure and an overwhelming sense of trustworthiness. When I sought her out for the next, the dealership wouldn't tell me where she went. Given my first experience, it was worth the effort to find her again. After searching the net, I found her at Farrish and ended up trading the Wrangler for a Grand Cherokee. Another great experience with Stacie complimented with the costumer care of Farrish. When the time came to replace the JGC with another (because it's a phenomenal vehicle) it was a no-brainer to call Stacy again. After another great experience, there's a new JGC in the driveway. You can shop around, but make it easy on yourself and give Stacie a call. I would be remiss if I did not give a shout out to Terry. You're awesome man; the best sales manager I've ever dealt with. I appreciate you avoiding use of the red marker during negotiation. Remember guys, dinner is on me. More

Everyone I met was extremely friendly and my sales team were knowledgeable and non-pressuring during the whole process. I have never enjoyed buying new cars but this experience has changed my opinion on what buying a car can be like. Caring, compassionate and patience describes this dealership. More
