I was looking for a Grand Cherokee Diesel and Alishia was so quick in finding the perfect one, and made sure the entire experience was easy, clear and a little bit fun. Once I arrived at the dealership Alishia had the vehicle we spoke about out front and ready for me to look at. After a test drive and a walk around I was sold! Before I knew it I was finishing up paperwork and working with Matt to finalize the money side of things. He made what is normally this most painful part of purchasing a vehicle a breeze. New Wrangler I found the Wrangler I wanted here and I contacted the new sales dept. Aleshia was the a sales expert I delt with. She scheduled a visit and I came in to see the vehicle in person. She was polite and professional. I got a good deal on the vehicle and great deal on the lift Kit install. They even unhooked the soft top inside so I could easily remove it at home to put in storage. Overall I had a great experience and would reccomend to others. More

I was surprised I did everything over the phone and out the door no hassles no traveling around to other dealerships and playing the games very pleasant experience . The dealer that took care of me was Debbie Hefty and was extremely professional, caring, and open with me and my mom who was there to help make the decision making a little easier seeing as though when I went to other dealerships in Woodbridge, VA were disappointing and very unprofessional. Debbie treated me like a normal human being, made sure the car was properly taken care of when I bought the vehicle (financed is the word), and never once complained on how long it took to make a sale. Everyone else inside the dealership were also very friendly and energetic to make the sale happen as I will refer anyone I know to that dealership. More

My questions were answered quickly and we didn't waste each others time. If the salesperson didn't have an answer, she quickly got an answer for me. In addition, the process to see the Jeep, receive an appraisal on my trade-in, agree on price, and finance the purchase may have been the fastest I've experienced in any dealership - and I've purchased 53 cars in the past. Poor Customer Service Bought a new Wrangler Sahara. The vehicle was not clean when I picked it up. Outside was dirty--inside there were mud covered paper mats. No one showed me anything about the vehicles features. I had to go to YOUTUBE to figure out the instrument panel, the 4x4, how to take the top off, etc. The dealership was supposed to take the soft top off. They did not. I had to return and wait for an hour while they did the work. I was supposed to receive canvas bags for my Freedom Panels. I did not. I had to contact the dealership then stop by again to get them. Thought my license plates were being mailed to me. Waited 3 weeks then finally contacted the salesperson. Instead of apologizing or offering to drop them in the mail she sent me back a two line e-mail implying it was my fault. Her e-mail did not address me by name, call me Mr. Ryan or Sir, it read, simply: "You were supposed to come pick them up. They have been here since the 31st." So....my plates had been sitting at the dealership for almost 2 weeks. How I supposed to know they were there is beyond me. No one took 30 seconds to call and say "your'e plates are here." I have tried to be patient and give this place the benefit of the doubt and to his credit, the Sales manager has called to apologize for various hiccups but the small things add up over time. The bottom line is I gave them $33,000 of my hard earned money and they did not pay attention to the small details that make for good customer service. More
