In this instance, I requested certain issues be taken care of prior to delivery. I wanted a couple of special edition, (large), decals be removed and that the dual cloth top be removed from the vehicle. I was to receive a modest credit for this. The sales person, Alishia Ellison, with the support of John Grundy accommodated my request. I was very impressed with friendly and professional attitude of Alishia and John. The dealership and Alishia went the extra mile for my business and arranged to have the vehicle delivered to a local shop for a hand brake modification.
