Outstanding!!! Debbie was my saleswoman and she was OUTSTANDING! I got the opportunity to talk to her on a personal level and she was incredibly encouraging and understanding. We spoke as if we were friends, but that was the first time I've ever met her. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone, especially young females. I'm in the military and travel a lot, and often times dealers try to take advantage of young women - Debbie was a mother figure and definitely didn't do that. She was understanding and spoke with kindness and encouragement. Her kids are blessed to have such an amazing mother, and her work is privliged to have such a personal saleswoman on their team. She went beyond her daily job and even walked with me to get lunch. No matter where I travel, I will always recommend her and this dealer over anyone. I've never been more pleased in working with someone, and it was such a blessing to have met someone so amazing. More

Peter Chang was the sales representative and he was very knowledgeable about the car and not pushy at all. He basically just gave me the information as he was told to. He is the type of guy that will still help you even after you buy a car. Although I like Francesca and Peter I would not recommend this dealership to my friends and family because of cheap sales tactics. Internet sales price did not include the destination but the MSRP price listed directly above it did. This is not a fair comparison on savings when they fail to include almost $1000. I was told it was because they could not account for where the car would be purchased. Okay, then why not exclude that cost from the MSRP too? At the very least why not mention that on the site? They were also not upfront with the APR on financing. I was led to believe it was 1.99% but when it was time to finance I was told the 1.99% only applied to non-wranglers.. They waited until after I spent the day there to tell me this. Everybody that works at the dealer knows the best APR available on Wranglers but the financing guy tried to convince me only financing would know the best APR. Of course that step is the last step after a very long day. The average trade-in value on my car is subjective but it is listed on every major site above $18k. They offered me $16k. Reading other reviews I know that other people had the same experience with an offer $2k less than fair value. Anyway, in the end their tactics earned them a sale but they did not earn my trust. Unless they are upfront in writing on APR, on their pricing versus MSRP, and trade-in values I would never send my friends and family there to be broken down until they just settle. This is why dealerships want you to visit them and are never upfront with pricing over the phone. They know if you waste your entire day there you are more likely to just give in. Hey, why not just give me the actual price and let me decide? I guarantee you that I would have still purchased a car. The only difference is I would have purchased it feeling like you were honest. MOST AMAZING DEALER - EVER! Best car buying experience. Ever. For real. I had an appointment with David Rawlings. I was early and he was with another customer, which I found out Best car buying experience. Ever. For real. I had an appointment with David Rawlings. Another very nice lady asked me if I needed help and I told her I was waiting for David, but I wanted to look at a certain vehicle. (For the record, I used USAA buying service, had researched exactly the car I wanted, read reviews, looked at dealer ratings, was prepped with financing, trade-in appraisal from CarMax, etc.) David came and introduced himself to me and asked if I was ready to text drive. We went out to the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited (I had driven it at another dealer). David went through information on the Jeep. I told him lets talk numbers. He took my USAA/TrueCar information, went and talked to John Grundy and came back with an amazing deal! They also paid me the CarMax appraisal with no questions asked. David introduced me again to John Grundy - excellent manager who really listed to me. Then I was introduced to Alex Eslamipour, Finance Manager. No pressure from any of the gentlemen. They listened to my (ridiculous) questions and comments and provided guidance on what they would suggest. Again, I NEVER FELT ANY PRESSURE. I was there several hours, but only because I asked a million questions and asked for copies of all paperwork :-) . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FARRISH AS THE PLACE TO BUY YOUR CAR. I spoke with Wayne Shaffer, who was not only a great salesman, but he was extremely helpful with getting me out of the lease. He is very knowledgeable about Jeeps and cars in general, and explained to me the benefits of the car i was looking into. Although the process took longer than i anticipated (mostly my fault from dealing with a leased vehicle), i honestly enjoyed the experience i had with Wayne and his team. They helped me get out of my old vehicle and into a new one without playing games and now i am happy to be the owner of a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon! More
