New 2016 75th Anniversary Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I went to a few other dealers and was not happy about the pressure or rudeness from their employees. Farrish was friendly and very low pressure. It I went to a few other dealers and was not happy about the pressure or rudeness from their employees. Farrish was friendly and very low pressure. It was like them telling me "If you want a Jeep we will help you and do the best job we can, but we won't beg or try to force you into anything." I did have a small issue when it came to the finance department. It seemed that they were on an entirely different page than the rest of the dealership. As a customer I found myself explaining Jeep programs they were unaware of. "Wave" Every other experience with this dealership was exemplary. I was able to order a brand new Jeep the way I wanted it when the other dealerships just pushed me to by whatever was on their lot. I have already recommended Farrish to several people and will return for my maintenance needs. More

Just great! My insurance carrier, USAA, sent me to Farrish for a specific car. Debby immediately found the used car, and we bought it. Debbie Hefty comes to the rescue! My husband and I purchased a new Jeep Trailhawk from Debbie in May of 2015, my dream car, fully loaded, did everything except pour coffee. This May "Mother Nature" and a trip to see our daughter in San Antonio, Texas took my dream jeep and totaled it. We had towed it behind our RV and got caught in a baseball size hale storm, the RV sustained a lot of damage which sent us to the factory for repairs. I called Debbie and explained our problem, we needed a car and needed it quick. She went to work and helped us narrow down the car that would replace my Trailhawk.... when we arrived back in Virginia our new car was waiting, she had it cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. She patiently explained all the various Grand Cherokee models, we drove 3 cars, and in short order I felt comfortable zeroing in on the Grand Cherokee Limited. After discussing the used car experience and prices with my spouse, we decided it made more sense to spend a bit more and buy new. Debbie very smoothly and gracefully handled the transition from the used car side to the new car side of my Farrish experience -- and amazingly remembered all my particular likes and dislikes, price sensitivity and overall expectations. She worked patiently with us well after closing time, shepherding the process through financing to installing the temp tags on the car and handing over the keys. I will recommend Debbie to anyone in the market - she helped us get the right car at the right price at a hometown dealership. So next day I started driving around to see if I could come across another jeep dealer, luckily I found Farrish jeep In Fairfax n soon as I walked in a salesman greeted me n offered something to drink, there n then I knew I was at the right place, everybody there was extra friendly, The manager was very polite n professional as well n I was very pleased how they run there dealership. At Farrish jeep they listen to every detail u provided them with. Overall I ended up buying my Jeep Wrangler. If u planned on buying a jeep go to Farrish because they know how to take extra good care for there customers, n stay alway from Stanford jeep in Springfield unless u like being harassed by the manager.
