The fact that another salesman literally came to the table, WHILE I WAS DISCUSSING BUYING THE JEEP, moved my purse, and took the keys to the jeep I had been discussing purchasing - only to sell to someone else is unbelievableI and inexcusable. I do not blame Tai, the salesman I was working with, but I f the culture at a dealership fosters that type of behavior, that is not a dealership I want to do business with. Despite being a first time car buyer, I GUARANTEE I was a more qualified buyer than the young guy who ended up with the car. The fact that your dealership did not take me seriously as a buyer is because I was a young woman - despite being a successful lawyer for over 6 years at the largest law firm in the world, and owing a home in NW DC - was incredibly offensive and I will let everyone know NOT to buy from Farrish. And by the way, despite being a first time car buyer, my credit is impeccable and I just purchased three-quarter of a million dollar home. Your dealership lost out on my sale this time and any future sales. I should ask mention that after Farrish wasted three hours of my time, I went to Ourisman in Alexandria and purchased a black Jeep Wrangler, Sport S for $35,000. You guys lost a good sale, and any future business I might have sent your way. Ourisman was fantastic. Farrish was disgusting. Tai - While do not blame him, he should have been more transparent, and if I were him, I would be furious that I lost that sale because of your sleezy coworker. You guys just confirmed the stereotype of car salesmen. Your manager also has a lot to learn about management and taking responsibility for inexcusable sales tactics. I also find it comical that I received the below email from Farrish after leaving. HAHA! Both front brakes need replacing and there is water inside the right front headlight. I just checked and the check has cleared so you got paid. Now I am left holding the bag with the possibility of several hundred dollars to get the car fixed. More

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase I just bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Debbie Hefty. Matt, the guy who does all your sales paperwork, financing, and warranty, is also great. I love my car and am so happy that I went with a Jeep over the Hyundai I was looking at. There's just something about a Jeep. My only complaint is that after I finished buying the car, and went to retrieve my keys, I was dismayed to learn that my car came with only one key. I was informed I could buy one from the parts department. $300?? When you buy an entire car (and not a cheap one, mind you), is it really too much to ask for the dealer to throw in a second key so you have a spare? I think that speaks volumes about the management that when the car was traded in, it wasn't dealership policy to create a second key and sell it with the car. A little thing in the grand scheme of life, but really left me with mixed emotions about the dealership itself. More

Farrish had a good selection of cars in that price range and I was impressed with their process to get the vehicles ready for sale. The vehicle we were interested in needed a car part and we were happy to wait to have it replaced before we considered purchasing it. The sales person, Debbie, was very friendly and provided the information we needed without being pushy. A few days later, she followed up with us to let us know the vehicle was ready for purchase and we bought it that day. The only reason why I rated the dealership with four stars rather than 5 is because they added a "Processing Fee" to the advertised price of the car. It was around $600 which was about 8% of the total cost of the car, which we did not plan for. We love the car we purchased and believe we got a lot of value for the price. I would definitely recommend anyone to Farrish if they are interested in buying a used car. More

If Farrish is using this idea of a "post purchase check" to get people familiar with their service department the clearly are failing! I will never go back there. Not only was this person rude whoever checked my vehicle moved my drivers seat and I don't mean just moved it back to accommodate someone taller than myself they adjusted the height and the recline of the seat back. Also, my radio station was changed and was blaring. Definitely NOT the way to have return business guys! More
