I live 3.5 hours from Farrish Chrysler, and Roger provided timely contacts to address my inquiries remotely and was flexible in setting up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival, Roger addressed the questions my family and I had regarding the vehicle, as well as any questions regarding the purchase process. Upon purchasing the vehicle and making the trip home, Roger also followed up with us to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase. Overall, Roger's professional attitude and his personal attention to our needs made our buying experience enjoyable! More
Easy and hassel free process My local dealer offered to by my 2015 Challenger R/T Plus Shaker to increase his used car inventory. When it came time to get the car I wanted (which My local dealer offered to by my 2015 Challenger R/T Plus Shaker to increase his used car inventory. When it came time to get the car I wanted (which I found on Farrish's website) they ended the conversation. It just so happened I was working in Winchester VA (4 hour drive from my home). I took a chance and drove the addition 1.25 hours to look at a 2017 Challenger TA. Worked with Rommel and I can say he was extremely easy to work with. Never felt and pressure to make the deal. After a little negotiating for my trade I gladly made the deal. Their prices are outstanding and the staff made you fell valued. Car was detailed and I was out the door. I would gladly make the 5.25 hour drive next time I'm looking for a new vehicle. The dealers in my are can't compete with their pricing. Rome even followed up with a phone call the next day to see how things were going. More

Why after receiving a price on the vehicle is the destination fee added on again since the price arrived at started with the MSRP where that charge is already listed. also being a returning customer looking to buy another vehicle from Farrish I found it very strange that I walked around the dealership in the showroom and no one asked me anything or approached me for more than 20 minutes. WARNING. BAD EXPERIENCE. My van stalled while driving (presumably the crank sensor was not working properly, with typical symptoms especially if the sensor gets hot). The car was taken to the shop, they have changed the O2 sensor for 390 bucks. Then the car produced the same error, I took the car back complaining. The SECOND TIME they said the computer was faulty, an additional $1,500.00 was paid. Driving not more than 5 miles the next morning on I-95, the car has suddenly lost ABS, cruise control, traction functions, odometer not working, mileage counter not working. They said the THIRD TIME, they had to re-program the transmission module (why did they forget the first time, I have no idea...). Kevin Farrish (the owner) offered a credit line as a "compensation" to stay with them for the next repair. Unbelievable and outrageous... BE AWARE, you must have a good reason to lose money in this dealership. More
