Beyond my expectations I currently have two Jeep Wranglers, a 2014 lifted Rubicon JKU with a Ripp Supercharger among other performance modifications and a 2019 lifted Rubico I currently have two Jeep Wranglers, a 2014 lifted Rubicon JKU with a Ripp Supercharger among other performance modifications and a 2019 lifted Rubicon JLU. I recently had the necessity to bring both vehicles to Fairrish Jeep Service. The Supercharged Jeep was throwing an error code regarding cam position timing. I actually had the vehicle at a different Jeep Dealership for an airbag recall, but they flat out refused to work on the vehicle, suggesting that I go with a performance shop. The closest authorized Ripp Supercharged shop is in Burtonsville, Maryland (Adrenaline Offroad). Amazing as this sounds, the owner of Adrenaline Offroad mentioned to me that a former tech of his (Mitch) now works at Farrish and actually arranged with Mitch for me to bring my vehicle into their shop. When I called Farrish to set up an appointment, my service advisor, Chris, was already aware of the circumstances. I dropped my vehicle off with Chris and he introduced me directly to Mitch. Mitch said that he already began researching the problem before even seeing the vehicle. Needless to say, the issue was resolved quickly and without a major blow to the wallet. When the 2019 Rubicon started throwing an axle locker error, I knew exactly who to call. I dropped the vehicle off with Chris (and Farrish) without hesitation. Chris kept me up to date with what the issue was (a connection that must have been stressed during the lift kit install (not done by Farrish). Along with fixing the issue, Chris went above and beyond my expectations and ordered a center console part that was also known to have issues. No one likes to bring their cars in for service, but at least now I feel like I have found a reliable and honest shop. Big thanks to Mitch, Chris and the service team at Farrish! He went above and beyond and was honest about everything, so definitely 5 stars for him! Second, the dealership in general was only a 4 star experience due to the fact that they would not allow for us to have a copy of the manufacturer invoice, nor a true breakdown of the fees. Chris tried and was told we were not permitted these docs. The destination charge is absolutely ridiculous and without an explanation, it feels as though we’re being double charged. The doc fees amounted to $799- the highest out of ANY dealer in all 7 states we shopped from, and no breakdown as to why. The price overall was outstanding, however, but bc of the lack of transparency from the dealership, my husband decided to buy locally from someone who was willing to show us everything. Chris deserves a promotion and I’ll most definitely refer people to him!! More

Shame on me for not breaking out the calculator. Never again will I buy from them. I called and was told since I signed the papers I was informed. It’s not a ton but it’s the ethics. I was also informed that they were negotiating off of an internet price, that i was never shown or informed of, which didn’t include freight fees. Bunch of BS More

Refreshing Experience We purchased a 2019 Grand Cherokee with the Upland package. The day before, we had gone to Lindsay in Manassas. Huge mistake! They wanted to sale a 2018 Grand Cherokee with the Upland package for: One a higher price than what was listed on their site. Two, a higher price than the 2019 version (same model and trim). Ridiculous! Anyway, we had a completely different experience at Farrish yesterday. We worked with Franklyn Teos and John Choi, and I believe Vinish (I may be wrong on that one). From the showing of the vehicle to finalizing the purchase, great overall experience. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends looking to purchase a Jeep in the future. Thank you for making this a pretty straightforward process and being part of my sister’s first car purchase! More
