They wanted to sale a 20 We purchased a 2019 Grand Cherokee with the Upland package. The day before, we had gone to Lindsay in Manassas. Huge mistake! They wanted to sale a 2018 Grand Cherokee with the Upland package for: One a higher price than what was listed on their site. Two, a higher price than the 2019 version (same model and trim). Ridiculous! Anyway, we had a completely different experience at Farrish yesterday. We worked with Franklyn Teos and John Choi, and I believe Vinish (I may be wrong on that one). From the showing of the vehicle to finalizing the purchase, great overall experience. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends looking to purchase a Jeep in the future. Avoid this place A while back my wife and I were looking for a Jeep, we went in to this place and after waiting for half an hour for the one and only wrangler sales pe A while back my wife and I were looking for a Jeep, we went in to this place and after waiting for half an hour for the one and only wrangler sales person to finish with a previous customer (5 minutes), go have a smoke and pal around with his friends (25 minutes) he was finally able to give us a test drive in a model that was nothing like what we were interested in, no matter we got a test drive. We got back and told the guy what we wanted my wife had 3 things it had to be, green, automatic, Rubicon. The guy told us I don't have anything like that. No offer to look around, no talk of ordering one from the manufacturer nothing. He suggested a couple options that came close that he had on the lot. We left, he didn't seem to mind. I found exactly what I wanted on my own at Darcars in Rockville, they were awesome by the way. Fast forward a couple months and I'm having problems with my stereo shutting off randomly. Since I passed by this awful place on my way home at the time, I stopped in. The service writer very rudely to sent me away because I didn't have an appointment. Didn't offer to have some underling take a look because all it needed was for the software to be reflashed (takes 3 minutes) or even offer to make an appointment. Just said he didn't see me on the schedule come back when I have an appointment. So as my review the whole place it terrible, avoid it. All of these positive reviews are people who don't mind being jerked around, or are friends/family of the employees trying to help out. More
