Disrespectful to potential customers I guess they're not hurting for business. Been talking to Frank Russell trying to get some info on a car. Finally got him on the phone and asked if their finance deal applies to a car I was interested in and first he laughs on the phone at my question, which I didn't think was so funny. He does check and tell me it does apply then says it'll take away the rebates. And basically gives up on our call. Doesn't even try to get my business. Oh well, still looking for the vehicle, but happy to take my business elsewhere where potential customers are appreciated. This is a review on Frank but, when your salespeople are like this, it's pretty much a safe bet that the rest of the organization like that too. More

I took my 2014 grand cherokee there for a warranty dash replacement and when I picked my car up there was about 5 other things wrong with my car. They told me to bring it back and I did. Two weeks later my vehicle was ready and then there is a huge gash in my door. I asked to speak to Marc Johnson and he was supposedly in a meeting. I waited from 4:30pm until 6pm when the service department closes. At 6 there was no sign of Marc so I went inside and told the advisor to please have Marc call me in the morning. I drove over to the dealership side and asked to speak to the general manager Ralph. Next thing you know Marc shows his face and then tells me that I am taking advantage of him and that he had to spend $700 on fixing my car (somthing that could have been avoided if the technician would have done it right the first time). Long story short, this morning I picked up my car and its now fixed and back to normal but I asked if they could make up for my time and provided me with a detail and some all weather mats and the answer I was given by Marc Johnson the Service Manager at Farrish was NO! I will never bring my vehicle back here for any type of service and I will tell all my Jeep buddies about my experiences here. Sorry Farrish you lost my business. More
Great and honest experience overall- Thanks Jeff! My weekend experience: I have a 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee that was purchased at another Jeep dealership in Tysons. I bought it in August brand new and My weekend experience: I have a 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee that was purchased at another Jeep dealership in Tysons. I bought it in August brand new and as of today I have 7000 miles. My oil light has come on to remind me of oil change. I called Farrish Jeep dealership on Friday and spoke to a Jeff in Service to schedule an oil change. He looked up my information and told me I wasn't given the correct warranty package based on my vehicle. Based on the warranty I was sold from the other dealership they had me at 10,000 miles to get oil change . Jeff said even if the intervals was corrected to 5000 so I can get oil change now I would still have to pay because it is for semi synthetic oil and not full synthetic which that is what my truck takes. Now they got the wrong oil type listed. Geesh! His recommendation would be to go back to the original dealership that sold me the warranty. I did just that and of course I got a little haggle at first since they wanted me to pay additional $500 to change the intervals from 10k to 5k. I wasn't happy and expressed my frustration to the point to get escalated, they end up making it right and changing it to reflect the correct warranty plan without me having to pay additional money. I called Farrish back the next day and got Jeff again on the phone. I went ahead and scheduled my oil change for Tuesday. I really do appreciate Jeff taking the time to explain all this to me and being honest. He could've not said anything and I would have came there for the oil change and would've be taken by surprise that it wasn't covered and having to pay out of pocket. He definitely provided awesome customer service including a reminder call today about my 7am appointment tomorrow. Look forward to them taking care of my car. Thanks Jeff! More
Oil change done- but a not so good experience :( So I just put a recent review about this dealership yesterday and my overall experience still is the same with great customer service but unfortunatel So I just put a recent review about this dealership yesterday and my overall experience still is the same with great customer service but unfortunately I had a mishap this morning that I wasn't too pleased about because it could've been worse. I came in this morning at 7:30 for an oil change. I was out within an hour which was good followed up by a complimentary car wash. Ok cool. So far so good. I left the dealership and maybe had only gotten 4 miles down the street and pulled over to get gas. I noticed I smelled little oil but I didn't think anything since I figured it was normal that it may have spilled somewhere and that it would go away . Within 15 minutes leaving the dealership, the service guy Giovanni called me and told me if I could come back because he wanted to check my car to see if they had put the gasket/top on correctly because he noticed the parking space I was at had a puddle of oil and my car was the only one that had parked there after they serviced it once I left. I said I would come back. Turned around and came back , he had mechanic look at car and low and behold my car was leaking oil the entire time I left. Not GOOD! I have a brand new 2019 Grand Cherokee and I was not trying to deal with another issue. He said the mechanic said my car had lost about 2 quarts out of the 5 they put in the car. I am so glad this was caught sooner because by the time I would have made it back home which was another 12 miles, it could've got worse. How would someone allow this to happen? In 4 miles leaving and coming back I had lost that much oil. I do appreciate Giovanni calling me back after he saw the oil but what if another car got to that parking space and he didn't see it. This could have been a experience gone left quickly. My review is based on the person (s) who changed my oil and didn't bother to double check as a safety precaution. Giovanni did apologize and offered a free car wash next time. Car wash is the least of my concern had I would've had major issues to the car. His assurance of help and great customer service trying to rectify was good on his part but I am not pleased with the mechanic who did not thoroughly checked nor come out to apologize on what he did. I will feel much better next time if a lead mechanic or someone who is properly trained to do oil changes. More
