It is so sweeeet. It has chrome rims and a sunroof! Justin was the man behind the main desk crunching some numbers. We were originally going to get a Jeep but it wasn't in our price range. So they suggested a few different ones and we chose the Nitro. It suits our needs of 2WD and 4WD that we can turn on for the winter time. The features of the Nitro are amazing. Miguel Zayas was a pleasure to work with while searching for a new car. He was not pushy like other salesman we have come across. It was a great experience to work with him not like any other car dealership I have been to before. We worked with Miguel while purchasing the vehicle but he also worked with us by compromising with our final price. When I am ready to buy a new Jeep or any other vehicle I will definitely come back to Farrish to deal with Miguel. I would also highly recommend him to others. We had a great experience with most of the staff execpt for the financial department. Everything was going great until we made it here. We were happy with the rate and ready to go but Ashkan Soroushi was the complete opposite of Miguel. He asked us 7 times to make sure we were going to say "No!!" again to the maintenece program offer that the dealership is offering. He wasted 45 minutes of our time by asking the SAME question and trying to expain the same concept to us again and again. He was very abrasive and almost made us walk away from buying the vehicle at the very end. He also tried to argue with us saying that the program was a fantastic deal just becuase we said no---we never said it wasn't but we were not interested. I suggest replacing him with someone more like Miguel becuase you may end up losing some business down the road especially if we had to come back to him!! We would go to a different dealership first before having to go through the same experience with him all over again. More
