During my first visit to the dealership, I arrived shortly before closing, howevre Simon took the time to meet with me and discuss some of my options (actually stayed late. Returned the next day with my wife, Simon again took the time to explain the differences between Chrysler models and allowed her to test drive both a Touring and 300C. Simon is extremely well versed in presenting and representing the product-- without this not sure that we would have settled on the correct model. Pricing was handled in a very professional manner, sales manager was courteous/helpful (as again was Simon in the negotitions). Overall could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all. I purchased a used 2007 Jeep Commander from the Dealership, the car was low mileage and in excellent condition. However after purchasing the car, We noticed the tire pressure indicator was coming on, so we took the vehicle in for service. Craig Legget of Farrish's service team was our service advisor. He was always friendly and worked diligently to solve any issues to our satisfaction. Unfortunately the issue continued, without resolution, due to no fault of the service enter. I then spoke with Kevin Farrish and Ralph Perkins, who worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Both were attentive to my concerns and needs, eventually working out a trade in for the vehicle. I traded the vehicle in for a 2010 Jeep Liberty, in which I worked with Justin and Simon Chu, I am very pleased with the process as Justin and Simon made it fairly quick and painless. Simon was a wealth of information on the vehicle we purchased, and went over all the functions of the vehicle in detail before completing the sale. He even called the next business day to ensure that there were no issues with the vehicle and that we were 100% satisfied with the purchase. All in All I was pleasantly surprised by the attention, and concern from the dealership that I be happy with the vehicles that I purchased. I first met John a couple of months ago when Dodge ran a special and I went in to find out what kind of deal I could get on my 04 Dodge Ram 1500. The deal offered at the time was good but nothing on the lot special and I went in to find out what kind of deal I could get on my 04 Dodge Ram 1500. The deal offered at the time was good but nothing on the lot jumped out and screamed "buy me" and since there was nothing wrong with my other truck I declined that deal. There was no pressure to buy, John and the management staff were very accomidating, even after I said no deal. That is why when my truck was wrecked last week John was the second person I called, right after my insurance agent. John showed me what they had available. The selection was good, there was still no pressure. I was not sure at this time if my truck would be totaled and said I wanted to keep my options open. John kept in touch and as it looked more and more like my vehicle was going to be a total loss he helped me select a vehicle, worked with me to get that vehicle withing my price range and then stood by until I got the final word on my truck. When I told John the deal was a go he off and had the truck ready within the hour. John was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was very stright forward through out the entire process, even though he was not certin that I would be buying a truck. The process was as painless as buying a new vehicle could be. He did everything that he could to put me in this truck at a price that I could afford. I hope this truck last a long time but if I need another vehicle John will be the person that I go see. (The Challanger on the show room floor is very tempting.) I have worked with this dealership in the past. Their service department is very good. The Managers are friendly and helpful and I feel that they honestly give you the best deal that they can. 5 Stars to John and Farrish Dodge. More

I liked working with Simon. He seemed helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't ridiculously pushy. After the deal was done, there was still one open item that the dealership had to followup on. I live in Virginia Beach and had been looking at the local Jeep dealerships for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I had done some research regarding the prices of the vehicle and decided to use Edmund's recom local Jeep dealerships for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I had done some research regarding the prices of the vehicle and decided to use Edmund's recommendation of True Market Value (TMV) as my not to exceed price. Based on this, I realized that the local dealerships' prices were too high. A friend of mine from Fairfax, Virginia was visiting and I talked to him about my buying a new Jeep and my frustration regarding getting the local dealers to negotiate what I considered a reasonable and fair price. My friend mentioned that a friend of his had just purchases a Jeep from the Farrish dealership in Fairfax and indicated that he had a good experience using them. That Monday I called the Farrish toll free number listed on their Web site and spoke to a sales representative named Miguel Zayas. I told him I wanted to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited before the weekend and asked him to give me his best out the door price for the Jeep I was looking for. Within a few hours Miguel e-mailed me the sticker of the Jeep he could get me with an out the door price. The price he gave me was below the TVM price and up to $2,000 dollars below the best price a local dealer was able to give me. After confirming the price and availability with Miguel, I felt uneasy, like something was not quite right, a great price for the Jeep I wanted and a no pressure sale - too good to be true. I followed up the next day with a deposit on the Jeep and Miguel e-mailed me all the forms I needed to close the deal which I filled out and faxed back to him. My wife and I drove to Farrish that Thursday to close the deal and pickup the Jeep. Miguel was as kind, courteous and mild mannered as he came across on the phone. He's everything you want in a sales person. He spent about an hour with us showing us how to use the Jeep and at no time did we ever feel hurried. We then met with their financial associate who had all of the paperwork filled out and awaiting our signatures. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Within two hours from the time we arrived I was driving off of the lot with my new Jeep. Dealing with Farrish is the way purchasing a car should be and actually allowed me to gain back confidence that there are still car dealers out there that believe in customer respect, satisfaction, and service. I recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new Jeep not waste their time becoming frustrated with the games other dealers play and just go straight to Farrish. More
