The fact that the dealership had the car that we wanted in their inventory was a huge plus. Also the fact that they also dealt in used cars and so were able to give us a quote on our trade in all at the same time was a huge time saver for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending either the dealer or the car to others and in fact already have. We would also use the dealership again in the future when considering buying another car. Received my e-price on 8/16/10 on a 2010 Caliber.. I had my print out, and checked the computer when Simon walked away to look at my trade (Simon was good, don't get me wrong) but not impressed that I was q my print out, and checked the computer when Simon walked away to look at my trade (Simon was good, don't get me wrong) but not impressed that I was quoted "last months" price according to Jason Baker, Manager and my caliber was suddenly $1,000 more than the e-price. Of course, don't forget the caveat on the e-price that there are errors, but please, preach to someone else, it's inexcusable to try to "earn" my business by quoting a price from last month that's $1000 less and it's well into the middle of the month AND not review the prices and bring it to my attention from the get go. Needless to say, regardless, the price seems reasonable, but please Farrish Dodge, don't try to pull a fast one one me. YOU need to review what you or excuse me "the computer" generates when your potential customers email/show up at your showroom. More

During my first visit to the dealership, I arrived shortly before closing, howevre Simon took the time to meet with me and discuss some of my options (actually stayed late. Returned the next day with my wife, Simon again took the time to explain the differences between Chrysler models and allowed her to test drive both a Touring and 300C. Simon is extremely well versed in presenting and representing the product-- without this not sure that we would have settled on the correct model. Pricing was handled in a very professional manner, sales manager was courteous/helpful (as again was Simon in the negotitions). Overall could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all. I purchased a used 2007 Jeep Commander from the Dealership, the car was low mileage and in excellent condition. However after purchasing the car, We noticed the tire pressure indicator was coming on, so we took the vehicle in for service. Craig Legget of Farrish's service team was our service advisor. He was always friendly and worked diligently to solve any issues to our satisfaction. Unfortunately the issue continued, without resolution, due to no fault of the service enter. I then spoke with Kevin Farrish and Ralph Perkins, who worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Both were attentive to my concerns and needs, eventually working out a trade in for the vehicle. I traded the vehicle in for a 2010 Jeep Liberty, in which I worked with Justin and Simon Chu, I am very pleased with the process as Justin and Simon made it fairly quick and painless. Simon was a wealth of information on the vehicle we purchased, and went over all the functions of the vehicle in detail before completing the sale. He even called the next business day to ensure that there were no issues with the vehicle and that we were 100% satisfied with the purchase. All in All I was pleasantly surprised by the attention, and concern from the dealership that I be happy with the vehicles that I purchased. Ralph Perkins and Kevin Farrish both went above and beyond to ensure that I got a fair deal. More

I first met John a couple of months ago when Dodge ran a special and I went in to find out what kind of deal I could get on my 04 Dodge Ram 1500. The deal offered at the time was good but nothing on the lot special and I went in to find out what kind of deal I could get on my 04 Dodge Ram 1500. The deal offered at the time was good but nothing on the lot jumped out and screamed "buy me" and since there was nothing wrong with my other truck I declined that deal. There was no pressure to buy, John and the management staff were very accomidating, even after I said no deal. That is why when my truck was wrecked last week John was the second person I called, right after my insurance agent. John showed me what they had available. The selection was good, there was still no pressure. I was not sure at this time if my truck would be totaled and said I wanted to keep my options open. John kept in touch and as it looked more and more like my vehicle was going to be a total loss he helped me select a vehicle, worked with me to get that vehicle withing my price range and then stood by until I got the final word on my truck. When I told John the deal was a go he off and had the truck ready within the hour. John was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was very stright forward through out the entire process, even though he was not certin that I would be buying a truck. The process was as painless as buying a new vehicle could be. He did everything that he could to put me in this truck at a price that I could afford. I hope this truck last a long time but if I need another vehicle John will be the person that I go see. (The Challanger on the show room floor is very tempting.) I have worked with this dealership in the past. Their service department is very good. The Managers are friendly and helpful and I feel that they honestly give you the best deal that they can. 5 Stars to John and Farrish Dodge. More
