I went in to discuss my options with my current vehicle plus 2010 and 2011 options. The 2010 met my needs and John never pushed either way. He also gave me a price for my current vehicle that was more than fair (I couldn't believe it) in addition to a great price on the 2010 I was looking at. I wanted to argue but everything was such a great deal all I could do was shake his hand. John followed up with me several times, was great to work with and I hope he is still there the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. Bottom Line: Great dealership with more Jeeps than I have seen anywhere in Northern VA. Great staff that I look forward to working with again. I gave a "less than perfect" on the Quality of work as there was a scratch on one of the removable roof panels that I never noticed until after the sale. Unless you are taking off the panel it's unlikely that it would ever be seen. More
I was told by my father, that If I want to buy a Jeep, then I should only buy it at Farrish. He has bought 3 Jeeps from them and has been satisfied with their sales and service since. This is the first Jeep I have purchased and was very pleased with my experience at Farrish. I had a great salesman named Simon. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and answered every question I had, and there were a lot of them. Unlike other salesman with other dealers, Simon didn't pressure me at all. I was able to walk in, do a test drive, ask a few questions and walk away without the usual pressure. When it came down to making the deal there was some haggling, but you can't hold that against them, it's their job to make the sale and make a profit. Overall, I got an excellent vehicle equipped with more than I expected, for less than expected. And the Farrish experience does not just stop when you drive off the lot. I was invited back for a Q&A session, where I was able to ask the questions I had about my vehicle, learn more about the Farrish service center and what I can expect when I bring my vehicle in for service. With Farrish I feel like I walked away with more than just a vehicle at a great price, I feel like I walked away with a vehicle and a sales and service team that will do their best to keep me a satisfied Jeep owner....for life. I walked in to the dealership expecting to take a look at a Dodge Challenger and walked out with the keys in my hand. One small suggestion is I would recommend the dealership keep air fresheners on hand as a parting gift as I have seen other dealers do in the past. I initially went and got quotes from various Jeep dealerships on a 2010 or 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. By far the most aggressive was Farrish. When I went in there I was greeted by a sales counselor named Ric who was busy so introduced me to Simon. Simon was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgable and showed me everything about the Jeep. How to take the top off and all the features. I got an excellent price on the Sahara Unlimted 27600 for a 32175 MSRP. I also after a bit of haggling got KBB trade in price on my eclipse. The only negative experience I had was actually with Simon Chu's sales manager. He was a portly fellow who seemed very gruff and I told him the numbers I wanted and from the sales desk exclaimed "what the" very loud. I just thought it was a litte unprofessional, but he did give me the numbers I wanted. I think maybe the sales manager was just having a bad day? I don't know. All in all, Simon was awesome. The business manager guy Henry was awesome to. He wasn't pushy at all when I said I had my own financing and didn't want the service plans. That is in contrast to alot of other dealers around here. Great job overall. I placed a factory order for a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It took longer than both I and the dealer anticipated, and I wish they could have done a better job in communicating the reason Jeep Grand Cherokee. John was very helpful. I did not feel pressured at all. He worked with me through picking out the vehicle that I wanted and did everything he could to give me a great deal.
