have been a loyal customer since 2016 when I purchased a brand new 2016 Cherokee with 10 year service plan. The past few times the service has gotten progressively worse up until when I brought my Cherokee brand new 2016 Cherokee with 10 year service plan. The past few times the service has gotten progressively worse up until when I brought my Cherokee in for a routine oil change. Started off friendly with Peter and all seemed to be going well, until I was told my car was “ready.” It was still upstairs when I was called so they still had to get somebody to bring it down. Upon getting in and starting it up the battery light stayed on and power steering was immediately inoperable as I did a circle around the driveway. I brought this to the attention of Peter who took it to be looked at. After about another 45 minutes I was told the battery was dead and would be $500 to replace. (Battery was purchased less than a year and a half ago.) on the inspection form there is no mention of battery issues and actually shows that it tested ok. I refused to pay for the battery and actually took an over to and from the closest auto parts store and bought a new battery. I did not have a socket extension and asked the service advisor if I could get a hand, which did not happen. I was able to replace the battery as it is not a difficult job but got a few cuts on my hands because I did not have the extension bar. Once the battery was replaced, car started up perfectly fine except that I had a low oil icon light up. I was there for an oil change. Talked to the service advisor and let him know I wanted to talk to his boss. Brandon. He filled my car with a couple quarts of oil in the parking lot. I informed him that I believed that they had shorted and ruined my battery while working on it. I was at the dealership from 9am until after 3:15pm (for an oil change) and was late to picking my kids up from school. I called the next day and was eventually told I would be reimbursed. Still have not been reimbursed nor have I received a response from anybody since February 7th when I was told by the service manager a check was being processed. I have prepaid for service up until August of 2026 but I cannot trust them with my vehicle any longer as they do not even have the decency to return a call or email after almost ruining my engine from doing an improper oil change. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I took my Jeep there for a heater core and radiator replacement. The service advisor was good about contacting the warranty company to get the work done, but the service ended there. It took the technicians over 3 weeks to repair my car. When I went to pick it up and heat STILL didn’t work. I couldn’t believe they didn’t check the heat before having me make the 22 mile trip to pick it up. When it actually was ready the following day the pick up atrocious. The entire dash was put together poorly. Pieces were protruding because it was assembled incorrectly. There were marks all over the place where they pried it apart and damaged pieces of the dash. They also ruined the leather on the handle of my emergency brake. I showed all of the damage to a service manger named Mo. He took photos and assured me he would contact me. It has been over a week and I have received zero calls. I have purchased 3 jeeps from this dealership. Their service is terrible and I will not be returning. I’m truly ashamed that I have been so loyal to a place that clearly has zero respect for their customers. More

On January 04, 2025, I purchased a 2023 Audi A4 from Farrish Cars Fairfax. Working with my salesperson, and Mr. Uday, I was informed that the vehicle was in excellent condition and that two tires on the vehicle were replaced during the preparation of the vehicle for sale. I asked why the tires were replaced and I was told that the correct tires were placed on the vehicle to make sure that it would pass inspection and for safety reasons. One day later, the Maryland area had a severe snow storm and my son was coming down our street to pull into the drive way (driving less than 2 miles per hour) and nearly crashed the new car because the tire did not have traction for the snow. Several days later, I took the vehicle to Audi in Silver Spring and I was informed that the vehicle had summer tires and the tires is what likely caused the sliding and informed me that they needed to be replaced with winter tires or all season tires. I immediately reached out to Mr. Uday and explained to him what had occurred. He told me they were not responsible for the tires and that there was nothing that could be done. I asked to speak with Used Sales Manager, who was rude and condescending while over talking me and not allowing me to explain the issue to him. Next, I spoke with the General Manager, Mr. Fawad. After several email exchanges, Mr. Fawad offered to change the tires for me at a cost of $1,000. I counter offered stating that I could only afford to pay for the wheel alignment and let them keep the existing tires on the vehicle to offset their additional expense, however my offer was rejected. I explained that I paid $4,000 down payment for the vehicle and can not afford to pay $1,000 two weeks after buying it for an issue that they did not disclose and I did not cause. The vehicle is sitting in my drive way because I am too afraid to drive it in this weather and I do not have the funds to purchase the correct tires for the vehicle. This is a safety issue that needs correcting, but refuse to correct it because it will increase the recondition cost of the car and they wouldn't be able to recoup it. The facts remain--the dealership was aware that the tires were summer tires and we were in January and expecting inclement weather and chose to deceive me to get the sale by not disclosing this fact because they knew I would walk away from the deal or ask that they replace the tires because it is a SAFETY HAZARD ( not an inspection issue). In the end, they care more about their bottom line then your safety...so buyers be aware. More

I live in Pennsylvania and didn't want to make the trip to Virginia unless the numbers made sense. I've bought multiple cars from dealerships in Virginia before, and I’ve always been able to get a quote with no hassle. So, I decided to give this place a shot. Big mistake. From the start, it was a nightmare. They demanded I fill out a credit application just to get basic out-the-door numbers. Then they wanted to verify my identity just to give me a price. That’s not normal, that’s shady, illegal and unethical. Clearly, they’re hiding something—markup, add-ons, who knows. This place reeks of dishonesty. On top of that, their customer service is absolute garbage. Rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They completely lost what would have been an easy sale because of their incompetence. Save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership at all costs. It’s a scam. More
