Alignment is ala cart? Not based on stated price. Two many big heads and small minds. The last person stated he was the GM. And if I want my truck aligned I needed to pay more. Pay and get out or get in hand cuffs hand cuffed. I paid. Truck pulling to the right. It did not pull at all before. A couple hrs later, I took my truck to an alignment shop. They adjusted right Caster. Truck drives straight now. There was no pull to the right before leaving Farris. I took my truck in for PMS based on new tires that were put on. I ask the alignment shop what the industry standard is for alignment. Adjusting casters is always part of the alignment if needed. These are they facts. More

Rude Service Department I bought my Jeep a little over a year ago, every time I needed it serviced the experience was awful. There service advisors was all rude. I understan I bought my Jeep a little over a year ago, every time I needed it serviced the experience was awful. There service advisors was all rude. I understand that my oil changes was free but that is something they gave me for purchasing the vehicle there. It would take 3-4 hours for a simple oil change. When I called to make an appointment for my last oil change I was told that because it was free I was going to have to wait almost 2 weeks cause the paying customers came first. I will never recommend this service department to anyone nor will I ever use it again. More

Service Department is a joke! Warring do not take your car here for service! I had my Town and Country in for a shaking problem two times and they never did solve the problem. They Warring do not take your car here for service! I had my Town and Country in for a shaking problem two times and they never did solve the problem. They said it was because my tires were out of balance. So they balanced my tires which cost me $90.00. I still had the same problem. I took it back for the second time and they said nothing was wrong with it. I took it to another dealer two weeks later and they said my tires were out of balance. The second dealer rebalanced my tires for FREE and the problem is solved. Farris Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram has a very poor and lack of knowledge service department. Will never go there again. More

Horrible Never called after I got my car to check to see how it was going or anything. They don’t like to stick with your warranty took my car up there twice and both times they said they could find what was wrong and it’s cause they kept erasing the codes and this last time I took it up there they have erased my whole history of codes and I have proof that they did so now my transmission is going out and I’m at 85,000 miles and my warranty is over at 91,000 so now I’m screwed so that’s Farris! But there for the people yeah such a joke! More

The dealer for the people strikes again Took my car in for a noise on the left front. They said I had bad wheel hub on the left but I should change both. The price quote around 600$.
