I cannot help but share the great experience I had with Town & Country purchasing a new 2021 Ram 2500 Big Horn. I live approximately 2.5 hours away from this dealership, but they had the model vehicle I w Town & Country purchasing a new 2021 Ram 2500 Big Horn. I live approximately 2.5 hours away from this dealership, but they had the model vehicle I was looking for. I got connected with Harley right away to work through pricing on the truck. I didn't want to drive all of the way down there just to find that we couldn't come to an agreement. Harley was great at keeping me in the loop on the status of the truck and finalizing a deal. I asked if they could prep the entire deal and have paperwork ready when I arrived since I had three children in tow, and they achieved that. I was able to arrive, test drive, and finalize the deal in just less than an hour, which is a huge victory with children not wanting to be involved with that process. Everything we had discussed over the phone was presented to me the exact same way when i arrived. Thank you to the Town & Country team for making my experience as positive as it could have been.
