Top Notch dealership, 4 purchases and counting! I wanted to thank Family Trucks and Vans for the wonderful experience for the 4th time,now! About 4 years ago I bought my first SUV (GMC Envoy) f I wanted to thank Family Trucks and Vans for the wonderful experience for the 4th time,now! About 4 years ago I bought my first SUV (GMC Envoy) from Family Trucks & Vans. The vehicle was in great working order, low miles and the interior virtually sparkled! That being said, there was a crack in the bumper all the way to the fog lamp and cracked windsheild, which were fixed within a few shoet days of the sale. Oh and lets talk about the sale process, my sales associate, Naiche "NachoMan" was very helpful, no pressure and willing to work FOR me to get the best price and deal. Honestly, though, their prices are already pretty dag-gum low to start. ;-) Keep in mind these vehicles are used and sold as is. But they have a mecganic and service shop which can take care of most of your needs at discount! This was huge for me since I don't know any mechanics. I felt I got the best deal for the repairs I needed. I was extremely satisfied with this transaction. I also bought my son's first car from Family Trucks and Vans approximately 1 year ago and they continued to provide me with excellent service. The Honda Prelude was great in low miles and in execellent condition. There was an issue with the airbag light (which was fixed prior to us signing on the dotted line.) and severe chipping of paint on the front and rear bumpers. The paint repair was negotiated with their paint people to a 3rd of the cost of what I was quoted from 4 different body shops! We got a fabulous car for a fabulous price! :-D Approximately 2 years ago, I decided to trade my Envoy in for a smaller SUV or something that was better on gas. I had pretty much set my heart on a Honda CRV but knew I was going to only buy from FT&V because they had always taken care of me. The cool thing was, even though I ran Naiche through the wringer trying to get the perfect CRV, he ended up finding the PERFECT car one day out of no where! He kept looking for the right fit even though I had given up. The car was barely 1 year old, low miles and immaculately kept, and had just became available. It was a Kia Soul! and I was sold! I didn't think that was even an option, but it was truly a meant to be transaction! Since I was trading in my older Envoy for a new vehicle I was going to have to finance a balance. They had no problem getting me financed at a great rate and great payment! Since I've had my KIA Soul, I have never had a mechanical or electrical issue! Our most recent transaction with FT&V was a new truck for my son! He found his dream diesel pick up truck. In fact the transaction was so smooth (again working with the now General Manager Naiche "The NachoMan") that there's nothing to remark about. It was that easy. ;-) I am totally happy with the service, quality of vehicles and Naiche of Family Trucks and Vans. I'd highly recommend them to anyone! More
