I called my salesman, Eric who told me to br I recently purchased a 2011 KIA Sorento from Family Trucks and Vans. I immediately began having problems. I called my salesman, Eric who told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. There were a few glitches during the process, but, long story short, they fixed my car, even replacing the transmission. It has been several weeks since I got my car back and have had no problems.
