After searching for a car for 2 months and being frustrated with all the scams and shady tactics that all the dealerships tried to use, I decided to widen my search and came across Family Toyota of Burleson. The sale was VERY easy (at a price that was AMAZING!) and there was no agenda. I put a down payment on the car sight unseen and drove to pick it up. When I arrived, Tyler the salesman, noticed a hail ding on the hood and immediately pointed it out to me. Knowing that I drove 5 hours, they moved me ahead of the line and fixed it FREE OF CHARGE! They went above and beyond to make sure that it went smoothly and now have a huge fan! I would highly recommend Family Toyota of Burleson! More

I'm sad to write a bad review because I had a great experience 4 years ago when I bought my Tacoma. I needed something bigger for my family and came in with confidence that I would have the same exper experience 4 years ago when I bought my Tacoma. I needed something bigger for my family and came in with confidence that I would have the same experience. I chose a 2022 Tundra online and met with Julio and his son Jason to see if I could trade in my Tacoma and stay in the same payment range. The personal experience from the start seemed cold and uninviting. There was no friendly conversation or interest in me or my goals as a loyal customer. No smiles, just a rushed business transaction. I filled out a credit authorization form and Julio noticed I also wrote down my husband's information as a co-borrower. He was not present and I was told that he would have to go online to authorize a credit check. Julio took the form to finance and within minutes, my husband called me, asking why he just received 6 emails stating there were hard inquiries on his credit report. He never authorized this, and although he would have been willing to sign, ultimately, his credit was run without his permission, yet he is not listed as a co-borrower on my contract. I know how sales work, but I gave the monthly amount I could afford and was somewhat flexible, only to be told "This price is only $3 a day more than what you are paying now" felt very belittling. After being left at the salesman's desk for the fourth time, with no inclusion in the financial discussion, he came back with a number I was satisfied with. I signed several forms, including the Carfax which had a recall notice. When I asked about it, I was told "they show up all the time, they're usually no big deal." My optimism and faith in Toyota kept me going and I met with Leith to finalize my purchase. It was a quick, digital "sign here" process with no re-cap or walk-through for reassurance. With no congratulations or handshake to seal the deal, I took my beautiful new truck home and did some investigating to realize there is actually a very large engine recall on the truck I bought and Toyota is replacing these engines in phases. I feel like that should absolutely have been disclosed when I asked about it, but I digress because when I spoke with the service department about it, they fully explained the process and made me feel very comfortable about what will be happening with my engine swap. I also noticed that the sale price had been adjusted from 39K to 44K, and that I had no information on my GAP coverage in the Zip file sent to me, so my husband and I spoke to Leith in person the next day. He seemed annoyed that I had questions, and even more so when we mentioned the unauthorized inquiries on my husband's credit report. Leith attempted to deny that his credit was pulled and told him he can just go and dispute it and Toyota won't fight it. No apologies. No admittance of a mistake that was clearly made. Just extra hurdles he has to jump through for a deal he had no part in as he is not listed as a co-borrower. That alone makes me lose all respect and faith in this dealership. When meeting with Leith, I also opted to cancel my maintenance and service agreements due to the undisclosed cost of each and the lack of transparency in the entire financing portion of this sale. I would have liked to have this coverage, but my trust was severely broken and I intend to pay this truck off as soon as possible and go to a different Toyota dealership for my family's next purchase. I love my new truck, but this whole experience just makes me sad. More
I was interested in buying a Toyota Land Cruiser a couple months ago a gentleman of the name of Trevor Contacted me When they got the new 2025 series in.
