Don't remember. I came in twice for the recall and both times there were parts not available and I wasn't informed until I had sat for several hours waiting. I took off work two times and the work was not complete. Now I have to take off another day whenever the parts become available. The service department should have informed me prior to me coming in that the parts were not available. I wasted over 6 hours sitting waiting. I am very very disappointed and feel that I must receive compensation for my time. More
I had a good experience from the beginning to end. It also didn't take all day to complete the transaction. Very professional on all levels, and no pressure to purchase other products.
