i dont even know where to begin, i can say this experience hands down was one of the worst ive dealt with in life! it was my very first big purchase and i was so excited but i was treated awful! experience hands down was one of the worst ive dealt with in life! it was my very first big purchase and i was so excited but i was treated awful! the sales man Matt C. was great, on the other hand; for better lack of words.. the management SUCKED! i left in tears. i had purchased a jeep, had it for a day and took it back the next for some minor repairs. i had recieved a loner which was incredible, i fell in love with it. when i had got home and went over my paperwork i had realized that the bill of sale on the jeep had all the wrong numbers on it! like i was being ripped off on purpose, because im only 21 and im young and obviously what they thought was stupid. i have never been more offeneded in my life. so i called to talk to the finance guy, John, who he nor anyone else in the damn place could return my phone call for 3 days!!! at this point not only i but everyone in my family including my boyfriend was just angry beyond belief. we called and called and called and couldnt even get a simple answer on why no one would talk to us or what the problem was and if so that they were busy and wed get a phone call shortly... when we only had simple questions. at this point we were so fed up that i decided i no longer wanted to do any kind of business with these people. i mean no one could return a phone call!!, so we had to drive 30 min. to the dealership to get some answers. and when we get there, there is a group of guys sitting around eating mcdonalds and people out front so bored literally pickin weeds.. and no one could have returned a phone call?!!?! they were so rude and fed us so many excuses! i told them to just keep the jeep they were working on and handed over the keys to the loner and told them i wanted to rip up the contract and just take my business elsewhere, somewhere id get the customer service i deserved. and this isnt even the half of it!!! as soon as we got home my phone, my moms phone and my boyfriends phone were being called!not to sucker us back in or apologize for all the inconvienses; they called to tell me there had been damage to the loner and we had to come back to look at it! HA! when Al Pellizzeri didnt bother to look over the car with us when it had been lent to me or even when we dropped it off! so as far as im concerned the damage had to have happened sometime after it had been dropped off! and i was getting blamed for this! after all the BS we went through not getting phone calls or answers, and the rudeness of that whole place, the way they tried to sell me things and added them to the bill! and them changing the bill of sale on "accident". words dont even begin to explain how hurt and upset and frustrated i am. im crushed. like i said this was my first big purchase as an adult, i just landed a great job and wanted to celebrate with a new car. and the way my family and i were trated was totally unexceptable!!! I've purchased several cars over the years and I must say that it's very refreshing knowing that Family Hyundai believes (and did) in providing great customer service and a great price. As many of you know, that it's very refreshing knowing that Family Hyundai believes (and did) in providing great customer service and a great price. As many of you know, who are reading this, sometimes it can become a nightmare when shopping for a car. Kristi, my sales person, was very knowlegeble about the Sonata that I purchaed and I never felt pressured to make "the deal". I will recommend you, as well has Family Hyndai, to anyone who I speak with that is looking for a new car. More

Will not buy another car from this dealer. We bought from another up north, instead. They seemed more caring about what we wanted and the price. This one told us 3 times how the are #1 and look around from another up north, instead. They seemed more caring about what we wanted and the price. This one told us 3 times how the are #1 and look around at how busy they were on that particular Saturday (and they were, not gonna lie). But that should not stop from awesome customer service. Basically, they made us feel that if we did not want what was in their lot, they did not want to bother with us. It was a feeling, they never said those words, but we felt like a burden, so we left. Too big for their britches is my honest and humble opinion. We have always had great luck in their service dept, that is why I have rated it a 5. Hopefully this continues. More
We filled out an online survey, including information for them to get a credit score or rating. They called us claiming they could help us out and PROMISED they would get us a loan for 9.9% APR or less. Actu them to get a credit score or rating. They called us claiming they could help us out and PROMISED they would get us a loan for 9.9% APR or less. Actually not claiming, congradulating us like we won a bunch of money. My wife spent over an hour speaking to three different people asking questions to make sure they were not just telling us anything to get us in the door. The salesman OFFERED to pay my wife 1 hour of work and pay for gas after she said it was too far (almost 100 miles round trip). Well this was late yesterday and we called back after discussing it, to tell him we would come in today. When we came in today no one knows who this person we last spoke to is, or where he is. We talk to a new salesman who says they have to run our information to see if we qualify. We had already been told THREE TIMES we qualified, and we had given them all the info they needed. We gave them the info and he came back saying we do not qualify and there is nothing they can offer us. So my wife asked to speak to the manager, while waiting we heard another salesman telling another customer over the phone he will pay for gas and for their dinner and lunch if they would come in. My wife demanded that they live up to his offer and the manager said we can't do that, I don't know why he would say that. He gave a half hearted apology and I suggested he tell ALL his salesmen that they shouldn't tell people that because we just heard it again at the next desk and he was like "who was that ?" like he didn't believe us. These people will tell you anything to get you in the door, and then will not come through with anything they promise. Very poor way to do business, and VERY DISHONEST. If your employees make false statements, you are responsible. Either train your sales people to be real sales people, or stop pretending to be a manager. More
