We filled out an online survey, including information for them to get a credit score or rating. They called us claiming they could help us out and PROMISED they would get us a loan for 9.9% APR or less. Actu them to get a credit score or rating. They called us claiming they could help us out and PROMISED they would get us a loan for 9.9% APR or less. Actually not claiming, congradulating us like we won a bunch of money. My wife spent over an hour speaking to three different people asking questions to make sure they were not just telling us anything to get us in the door. The salesman OFFERED to pay my wife 1 hour of work and pay for gas after she said it was too far (almost 100 miles round trip). Well this was late yesterday and we called back after discussing it, to tell him we would come in today. When we came in today no one knows who this person we last spoke to is, or where he is. We talk to a new salesman who says they have to run our information to see if we qualify. We had already been told THREE TIMES we qualified, and we had given them all the info they needed. We gave them the info and he came back saying we do not qualify and there is nothing they can offer us. So my wife asked to speak to the manager, while waiting we heard another salesman telling another customer over the phone he will pay for gas and for their dinner and lunch if they would come in. My wife demanded that they live up to his offer and the manager said we can't do that, I don't know why he would say that. He gave a half hearted apology and I suggested he tell ALL his salesmen that they shouldn't tell people that because we just heard it again at the next desk and he was like "who was that ?" like he didn't believe us. These people will tell you anything to get you in the door, and then will not come through with anything they promise. Very poor way to do business, and VERY DISHONEST. If your employees make false statements, you are responsible. Either train your sales people to be real sales people, or stop pretending to be a manager. More
