I am very disappointed with the integrity of sales person (Mayweather). He has not returned three calls that had to do with questions about a car purchase. (Makes me think there was something to hide) One night when I called no one answered the calls. I tried four times. We purchased a car that was a year old with 22K. They had put new tires on they were inside out and gave him the run around and he had to go several times to get this simple procedure finished. We were very disappointed with the customer service. When having warranty work at GM, we were told that doors had been repainted. (Accident?) When we purchased the car the service was slow. Waiting for the finance guy for about an hour. Had to listen to a sales guy carry-on about all the additional crap he wanted to sell us, even though my first statement was I’m not interested. We’ve bought lots of cars but this is probably the worst car buying experience. Save yourself some aggravation and don’t go to Family Hyundai. Note the reviews on their website, all 5 star all filtered by the dealership. Very slick. I question the over all integrity of this dealership. More

It made me comfortable and it assured me that I could very well make a purchase and feel good abou greeted in a very courteous and respectful manner. Very helpful staff. Listened to what I wanted and was prompt to serve. Graham and Frank really helped me find a car that I absolutely love. Financing was a breeze, Graham really worked with on a number that turned out too good to pass up. Looking back at the purchasing experience, the entire process was quite a pleasure and I am really happy with the outcome. Searched many other hyundai dealers in the chicagoland area and found the right one at family hyundai in tinley park. Larry edwards helped me with any questions I had and graham helped me find the right d area and found the right one at family hyundai in tinley park. I WENT INTO THE DEALER WITH A FLYER I RECIEVED ABOUT A NEW START PROGRAM. I CALLED THE 1 800 NUMBER AND THEY VERFIED THAT IT WAS ME AND A LADY BY THE NAME OF KRISTY CALLED AND WANTED TO SET UP AN APPOINTM NEW START PROGRAM. I CALLED THE 1 800 NUMBER AND THEY VERFIED THAT IT WAS ME AND A LADY BY THE NAME OF KRISTY CALLED AND WANTED TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. I WAS UNSURE WHAT THIS WAS ABOUT SO I DID NOT RETURN HER CALL. ON TUESDAY 11-23-10 I DECIEDED TO TAKE A RUN THERE AND AM I GLAD I DID. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A PLEASANT EXPIERENCE BUY A CAR. TOM PAPOULIAS WAS MY SALESMAN AND HE WAS WONDERFUL. The service I recieved from Family Hyundai was excellent from the first day I called, until the day I drove off with my new 2011 Accent. i dont even know where to begin, i can say this experience hands down was one of the worst ive dealt with in life! it was my very first big purchase and i was so excited but i was treated awful! experience hands down was one of the worst ive dealt with in life! it was my very first big purchase and i was so excited but i was treated awful! the sales man Matt C. was great, on the other hand; for better lack of words.. the management SUCKED! i left in tears. i had purchased a jeep, had it for a day and took it back the next for some minor repairs. i had recieved a loner which was incredible, i fell in love with it. when i had got home and went over my paperwork i had realized that the bill of sale on the jeep had all the wrong numbers on it! like i was being ripped off on purpose, because im only 21 and im young and obviously what they thought was stupid. i have never been more offeneded in my life. so i called to talk to the finance guy, John, who he nor anyone else in the damn place could return my phone call for 3 days!!! at this point not only i but everyone in my family including my boyfriend was just angry beyond belief. we called and called and called and couldnt even get a simple answer on why no one would talk to us or what the problem was and if so that they were busy and wed get a phone call shortly... when we only had simple questions. at this point we were so fed up that i decided i no longer wanted to do any kind of business with these people. i mean no one could return a phone call!!, so we had to drive 30 min. to the dealership to get some answers. and when we get there, there is a group of guys sitting around eating mcdonalds and people out front so bored literally pickin weeds.. and no one could have returned a phone call?!!?! they were so rude and fed us so many excuses! i told them to just keep the jeep they were working on and handed over the keys to the loner and told them i wanted to rip up the contract and just take my business elsewhere, somewhere id get the customer service i deserved. and this isnt even the half of it!!! as soon as we got home my phone, my moms phone and my boyfriends phone were being called!not to sucker us back in or apologize for all the inconvienses; they called to tell me there had been damage to the loner and we had to come back to look at it! HA! when Al Pellizzeri didnt bother to look over the car with us when it had been lent to me or even when we dropped it off! so as far as im concerned the damage had to have happened sometime after it had been dropped off! and i was getting blamed for this! after all the BS we went through not getting phone calls or answers, and the rudeness of that whole place, the way they tried to sell me things and added them to the bill! and them changing the bill of sale on "accident". words dont even begin to explain how hurt and upset and frustrated i am. im crushed. like i said this was my first big purchase as an adult, i just landed a great job and wanted to celebrate with a new car. and the way my family and i were trated was totally unexceptable!!! I've purchased several cars over the years and I must say that it's very refreshing knowing that Family Hyundai believes (and did) in providing great customer service and a great price. As many of you know, who are reading this, sometimes it can become a nightmare when shopping for a car. Kristi, my sales person, was very knowlegeble about the Sonata that I purchaed and I never felt pressured to make "the deal". I will recommend you, as well has Family Hyndai, to anyone who I speak with that is looking for a new car. More
