Was very disappointed when, after making an agreement to purchase a vehicle, and getting my financing and insurance ready, they sold the vehicle on me. Sales manager gave me one story. General Manager gave me a third. Then, and only then, did they try to do everything in the world to sell me a car. WE CAN GET YOU A BETTER DEAL. WE CAN GET YOU BETTER FINANCING. ETC. ETC. Iopted to go to a different dealer, and purchased a new Hyundai! More

Jerry was pushy and unwilling to even attempt to help us. Just bought a 2012 Elantra Touring and a 2013 Accent. Our salesperson was Stephen. He was very genuine and knowledgeable about the cars. When he was not sure about an answer he would always ask the manager. I was also impressed when he told my husband and I to go home and "sleep on" our decision. In no way did we feel pressured by Stephen. We had been to other dealers where the salespeople used profanity (sh$t, crap, etc) when talking to us and we were very offended. Stephen was always polite and professional. So far I love our cars. You cannot beat the price for the MPG. John in financing was also very efficient and to the point, when I told him I did not want any of those "extra" ins, he never tried to change our minds. Free oil changes and car washes for life if you put the Hyundai sticker on your car! That's a savings of $360 a year right there. Extremely pleased with Family Hyundai! More
Bought a 2011 Sonata, and I am still waiting for Bob Watson, or somebody to tell me why the car purchased had the alloy rims switched for hubcaps upon purchase. Graham the sales manager has yet to call Watson, or somebody to tell me why the car purchased had the alloy rims switched for hubcaps upon purchase. Graham the sales manager has yet to call me back and take care of the issue, he said he isn't going to buy me alloy wheels, the sticker said alloy wheels, when the car came back, it had hubcaps. The model purchased comes standard with alloys. I didn't know Graham owned the business ( he doesn't ) but refuses to take care of the issue almost 1 year later, still won't return my phone calls !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know how people stay in business doing a bait and switch, I am also reporting them to the BBB for this reason. They have lost any future business from me at this point. I wouldn't give them a referal for handling business in this manner. Not professional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
