He makes me feel comfortable, he doesn't put pressure on me to make a deal and he is very friendly and listens to what I want. I am very pleased when I decided to switch to hyundai a few years ago and came across Jerry. I will be recommending him to people who are looking to purchase at family hyundai. AL who works in the warranty department tho, I found a lot of my time to be wasted. I told him I was not interested in the tire warranty and he continued to show me pictures on the computer for 30 minutes and tell me stories about why I should get it. After I kept telling him no. Then he told me about the sealing of the cat for rust proof. I told him no and he then again spent another 30 minutes showing me pictures of people's cars on his computer. I was not happy. I had come straight from a long day at work and did not want to spend unnecessary time there. I found my experience with AL to be very aggravating and tiresome. I don't like feeling pressured into something after I say no. The lady in the last department to tell me about the extended warranty for my bumper to bumper was very nice I told her I was not interested and that was it. She did not pressure me into extending it. More

Full with tricks,they will promise you anything until they convince you to buy there under an annual % rate that will change when you need to finalize the contract and if you did a trade in make sure you clean up the car before you go there because you may go back home without sunglasses !!! If they promise you to add something it will never be done right I have my vehicle for about 1,5 year now and it spend about 6 months in their dealership for a thing that we agreed on when I bought the car and it was on the contract!! What's worst you're paying monthly for your vehicle and every time you go to pick up your vehicle (after 2 months) they are still waiting for the special parts !!! Once they even forgot to change the oil....now how bad is that !!! More

Told me I could refinance with the specific institution I got the loan with (Glenview State Bank) Low and behold GSB told me nope you can't refinance and we don't care to, and by the way you’re on 72 months. Wow a hand shake means nothing and they will just say whatever they want. I got an oil change with them, took 2 hours, and so I said to myself can't waste my life there anymore. They gave me it back unwashed? Seriously I have to remind you to wash the thing or I don't get a wash and I would have to go back to the back of the line to get a wash (screw you, I left). I came back the Friday the 13th. I talked to salesman Jerry. Drove 07 Accent. I needed a car ASAP. Before we even talked about price let me tell you KBB fair sale value was 5,500 for all specs correctly considered. This xxxxxx tells me $7,400, 8513 with tax. I said I am not giving you more than $5,000. He walks away assumingly to talk to a sales manager. He come back and say I can take 513 off the tax. I asked him if he was deaf. I told him I was over charged $2,000 for my first car and you need to make up for it this time to retain me as a customer. If you were humble you'd get it and you'd say oh yes we reaped the revenues off of a younger more trusting person so let’s play fair and give her a discount so to further revenue by having her be loyal and come back for the next time she needs a car. These morons don't get that. I explained in flat out English? He brings out the sales manager. He says ooooh we go off NADA. Ok NADA says 6k flat, your offering 7,400. Obviously you need to a see a number line because I assure you 7 is bigger than 6. I cussed them out and left. Never again. Avoid these liars. They said they reviewed my file and said they didn't over charge me. Gaining wisdom and not becoming jaded is impossible. Disgusting horrible people. They need to be shut down for their unethical behavior. I am so sad that the world has xxxx like this in it. These kinds of people belong in jail! More
I had problems in the first 10 days of buying a 2013 Elantra Car had to be brought in twice in ten days. Service department worked on trans and 4 days later leaked on my drive. Problem is I have a video of trans leaking. No one offered me anything for my inconvenience and missed work. Call to service manager that I spoke to weren't returned. No one wanted to step up and satisfy a brand new customer that just spent 16 grand on a car. Very disappointed. More

Well they were nice enough, I test drove the car, but not really sure I even wanted to purchase one on that day. I was assured by Stan that the would only do a "simple" inquire about my credit. Period!! I was hesitate about this, but HE assured me this was not a "credit" application seeking a lender, only an inquire. Well, I should have gotten that in writing, because after I left told them I have to think about this matter and will call later. THAT'S IT!! After a few weeks, I was hit with letter after letter denying me my "application for credit" with get this ...TEN LENDERS!!. How desperate can any corporation be to do this. Even if I had knowing agreed to this low life practice, any other dealership sends out at the most three inquiries and or applications not Ten!! How unprofessional, and deceitful!!, and on top of this my credit rating drop each time a lender opens my information. I called at least twice a week for a month, and no one, I mean no one would bother to answer my question as to why this was done. So you bite me, I will bite back. Being a consumer, esp. a new car buyer no one should be at the mercy of such hateful, deceptive practices. Trying to make a sell, at any cost to the person behind them. Deliberately slowly to destroy my credit status. Yet, I have enough attorneys in my family to know how to handle sharks. They have been reported, and I know they will lie, and defend their position, but they have no position when it came to this matter. AND THEY KNOW THIS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor, and seek another dealership. I did, much happy with my purchase. Finally, it turned out to be a Toyota.. Their salesmen, and office staff are above approach. More
