Agnes took excellent care of me. Walked me through what needed to be done. I came in to have tires replaced. Agnes noticed I was scheduled to have my routing maintenance workup in 2 weeks and called to ask needed to be done. I came in to have tires replaced. I advised the service person twice and once on line about a possible stone in my driver side rear rotor. After service I was informed they couldn't find anything in the FRONT passenger side rotor.
