Bought a 2012 F350 that sat 400 days ,..been in 8 times for Exhaust Fluid Fault. Each and every time Steve tries to BS his way out of it cause they cannot fix it. So far it's in Lemon law suit ....Steve tries to play big shot till I call him out on things he says that don't hold water. All the clowns at the service desk do their best to act like it's their first day on the job. Mike M, the GM runs a good commercial on the radio ,but, delivers the opposite attitude after the sale!
