Very happy with the service overall. I purchased my vehicle used from CarMax a few months ago. They were unable to give me the master code for the keyless entry. They said any dealer wou I purchased my vehicle used from CarMax a few months ago. They were unable to give me the master code for the keyless entry. They said any dealer would provide the code free of charge. When the vehicle went for it’s first oil change I asked the dealer to give me the code. I got a call from a service representative an hour after the service began. The rep said that it would be $99.00 to get the code since it would take a half hour to retrieve it. I told them I would get it another way because that just seemed like a lot oof money for such a simple task. I was not a happy camper. After that call I made a decision to never return to this dealership for service. When i got my invoice for the oil change the code was on the invoice marked 0.00 charge. I was very thankful. My future services will now continue with Family Ford as a result. I have been a lifelong Ford guy. I currently own two Fords and recently moved to the Enfield area. More

Andrew Harris is the only reason I didn't give you a one. My truck is creaking. The claim is it is a bushing... it's been there two times it's still not fixed. The part has been greased to no avail.. I was basically told it is what it is.. the truck is brand new why can't you order a $30 bushing and replace it? My business will be in Windsor for service and maintenance Moving forward. More
