No hassles no pressures I went in to have safety recalls done on 2009 RAV4 and have my appraised to see how much it would be for a trade in. Sharon was the salesperson who helped me and we started talking about trucks. She showed me a 2017 Tundra and I fell in love with the truck. Sharon and I did the paperwork together and then we waited for the approval to come through. While we were waiting, we talked about family, kids, and boyfriends. I felt so comfortable and relaxed being there. There was no pressure or hassles put on me to buy the truck. She left the decision for me to make and Sharon just stayed on the sidelines while I made a phone call that would help me make my decision. Once I gave Sharon the go ahead, within a few hours I was driving home in my brand new truck. The employees that worked with me (Sharon and Jimmy) were both awesome and amazing. I would recommend both of them to anyone who wants a hassle free no pressure car buying experience. An experience that is well worth it. More

My vehicle received body damage while in for an oil change on one instance. They had it repaired, but it was a hassle. They sent me to a body shop out in the country to get an estimate and it was closed during business hours both times I attempted to go there. I finally dropped it off at the dealership and told them to get the estimate. They did have it repaired finally. On another occasion they attempted to charge me $1100 for the 30,000 mile service on my F150. I said no, I'm not paying for that because it seems way to high. Then they realized I really only needed a basic oil change. They were going to change every fluid in the truck if I would have given the OK. I have had 3 different morning appointments for an oil change in which I had to wait for up to 40 minutes after the scheduled pick up of 4:30. Yesterday I called at 3:50 to verify that my truck was complete before coming to pick it up. They said it would not be ready until 5:00 because I had not indicated a time on the drop off form. The appointment was at 7:30 in the morning, and the pick up time of 4:30 was stated on the drop off form. I was then told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I arrived at 4:40 and was told that they were just finishing it up, then 5 minutes later I see them just pulling it in the bay to start on it. I inquired about this with the service representative, and she said that they just had to finish something up. Its one thing if you make a mistake, but you should not lie to the customer. I finally got my truck back at 5:10, tires were not rotated and it had not been washed, which both were stated as part of the service in the confirmation email that they had sent me. In the future I will use the Ford service center in Carson City. More

Originally we went over to Fallon to service our Camry which we purchased at Fallon Auto Mall. We decided to look around the used car lot and was asked if we needed any help. We said were just looking but was interested in finding out a little info on the Sorento Kia which was on the lot. Jimmy Chicola came out and answered the questions we had and was very informative and polite. No pressure. We took it for a drive and liked it and went back to the dealership and began "dealing". We drove the Kia home and so far we are very pleased. Thank you Jimmy and Spencer in finance. And they also paid for the service that was done on the Camry!! More

Very Nice People, but sadly very dishonest We brought in our SUV for Air Condition service and were told there was a leak so they drained the entire system of freon and were going to charge ove We brought in our SUV for Air Condition service and were told there was a leak so they drained the entire system of freon and were going to charge over $1200 to repair/replace what was leaking (compressor or entire A/C - depending on what they found). We asked them to put the freon back in, but they refused because they said it wouldn't hold. We went without A/C for over a year because we did not want to pay that much. Last week, we took the car to an independent repairman who tried to find this leak - but once he charged the system up, there was no leak to be found. He pressured up the system and it has been working perfectly ever since. He charged less to refill and tell us there was nothing wrong than Fallon Auto Mall did to drain it and lie about what was wrong. I trusted these people, and was very disappointed to find out that trust was misplaced. More

We have a 2012 Ford F150 with Turbo Boost that had a recurring problem that neither the Ford Dealerships in Nampa, Idaho and Carson City, Nevada, could find much less repair despite each having the vehicle for nearly a week. Cory and Rusty, your tech, had the problem diagnosed within minutes and repaired within an hour, enabling us to continue our trip home to Boise from Tahoe. Our pickup had been in the shop for four days in Henderson, NV prior to it breaking down on Saturday of Memorial weekend. We had to have our truck and fifth wheel towed into Hawthorne and stay until the holiday weekend passed. On Tuesday, we had to have our truck towed from Hawthorne to Fallon to your shop. We called and spoke with Becky in your service department early on Tuesday and she assured us we would be taken care of upon arrival to your facility. She was very pleasant to deal with and made us comfortable while she waited for Jorge to diagnose the problem. Once she had the information, she presented it to us in a very understandable way and explained that we would need to leave the vehicle overnight, but assured us they had the part needed (a high pressure oil pump) and it would be installed within eight hours and we would be back on the road by mid-day on Wednesday. Unfortunately, your stock oil pump failed and they had to order a new one. Becky called to explain and apologized for the delay, but assured us they would have the part the next day and would have it completed by end of business on Thursday. Jorge worked diligently and had the truck repaired on schedule as promised. We picked the truck up and found it to be fully repaired and even washed for us. What service! Becky finished all of the paperwork and even went the extra mile by submitting all of the documents to Ford for warranty coverage, including the rental car expense. Additionally, she agreed to see that the car was returned to Enterprise for us. She also offered to submit the towing invoices for us as we did not have access to a fax machine at our RV Park. This was an extra effort and we really appreciate her offering to assist us in this way. Everyone we came into contact with at your dealership was friendly, professional and really cared about meeting our needs. This is rare nowadays. They should be commended for their excellent customer service. As I indicated previously, Becky and Jorge went above the call of duty in our opinions and although we are from Oregon, we look forward to visiting your dealership when we are traveling to our winter destination in Nevada should our truck need servicing in the future.
